Purchased two UV lamps for future use. Did not pay attention to the caveat that I had 14 to inspect and return damaged items within 30 days. When I opened the first box the lamp was broken. The second one was okay. Upon contacting RC Worst they informed me of their return policy. The next day the company owner called and stated he was going to submit a claim for the broken lamp with the manufacturer and they verbally agreed to help.This is customer service at its finest. They could have done nothing since it was my fault for not inspecting the lamp; however, they went above and beyond. This is a reputable company and worth doing business with.
