First experience as amazing! Anthony helped me fix my sewing machine (turns out you have to know how to thread it properly lol) and Francine even did some rapping entertainment. Looking forward to going back!!

They were super helpful when I needed to find out what part to order for my vacuum; I knew I could put the new part in if I could just find what I needed, and they helped me free of charge! They were very friendly, too.

Terrible customer experience. Don’t waste your time coming here.I have 10+ years of on and off sewing experience. I came in with a budget, the man helping me only gave me two options and then hovered over me the entire time telling me what I was doing wrong and then trying to upsell.I also had a baby with me in a car seat with a cover and another one of the employees literally took her cover off from behind without asking so she could see her. Really? There’s a pandemic going on!! I won’t ever come back.

The store was like a candy store to me had everything I wanted and more. Francine was the most helpful individual Ive ever seen much less being an employee of the store. Every single one of these employees would bend over backwards for you to help you or to answer a question. Ive never seen an employee like Francine go above and beyond her duties as an employee for the store. This is now become my favorite store of all. If you need anything sewing machine, accessories, materials,vacuums, anything in that field this is the store for you.

Great place !! too an older upright that needed a new belt that I count find anywhere nor could I figure it how to do it, so I took in and Dave helps, very kind and professional I left and he called me 2 hrs la after its fixed and he will show me how to replace it myself next time it need a new belt WOW great job and for under$20 Woah I am very impressed and will certainly recommend them highly

We took our vacuum in for repair but the parts couldn’t be obtained. I found some warranty info & they took care of everything, kept us up to date & even sent us home with a courtesy vacuum to use while we were waiting for news. They called recently to say we were getting a whole new vacuum!! We were so excited! Everyone we dealt with & talked to was super nice & helpful. We we very happy with our experience here.

When I asked them what vacuum to purchase they asked me what I was vacuuming. I explained it was carpet only and, they gave me a value recommendation as well as a bang for you buck purchase. I ended up buying the latter. They were informative and knowledgeable. Giving a demonstration of the difference between a Riccar and a Dyson. I have been to Bradys but Jones is my preferred and has a more welcoming approach when talking to you. More friendly than business. Thats just my opinion though. Hope you enjoy your experience as much as I do.

I had purchased a Riccar about 3 years ago. I was told I would have a free deep cleaning and maintenance could done anywhere. I had moved to Florida and nobody would honor this. We moved back to Idaho and Jones sew and vac was the only company stood behind their word, they went above and beyond. We took the vacuum home and something seemed off. I took it back in and they had it fixed and working as good as the day I bought it. They were very honest and I will continue to do business with Jones Sweet and Vac!!!

I met David and the owner, LeeRoy. They truly helped me out with our vacuum. We own the Recor Vacuum. Jones Sew and Vac can do all of the warrant repair and work right there. Very knowledgeable and quick. They also have good people ( ladies) that have a lot of knowledge and understanding about the sewing machines. They have some really solid high end stuff that have the public can use with out too much fear of it.

Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. Will continue to do business here and will recommend to others.

We spent a lot of money on a vacuum that never worked. I took it in time after time, they said it was fine. It’s not, it has never worked and is very frustrating.

The people at Jones Sew & Vac are always so polite and helpful. They are the only place I will have my Vacuums and Sewing machines serviced. I feel like they treat me honestly and that is important to me.

I went into Jones Sew and Vac with a problem in my bobbin housing. I was pleased that they took time to look at it and fix it temporarily. I did have to take it back for permanent repair and was pleasantly surprised when they didnt charge me. I havent had a problem with it fence. This experience has made me a Jones Sew and Vac customer forever!

Absolutely great service! They gave me a free estimate on my Riccar and pin-pointed the exact issue. My vacuum has since worked great after they repaired the motor. I highly recommend this place to anybody!

I wouldnt recommend them. I brought my sewing machine into them because my reverse was broken. They said they would get back to me the next week and three weeks went by and I had called them four times to see if it was done. Finally on the last call I made they said a major arm in my machine was broken. They asked if I wanted to go get it or if they should keep it. I went and got it because I wanted another opinion. I brought it into a guy in twin falls and he said it was just sticky. Nothing inside the machine had broken. Is this how they do their business? Not even look at the machine and lie to the costumers so they can keep the machine, fix it up, and sell it?

I would recommend Jones Sew & Vac in Idaho Falls to all. I have been treated very well by all. One of my favorite stores!

GREAT selection of hard to find accessories and parts. I didnt spend much time in there because they knew exactly what I needed, they had it in my hand in less than 1 minute and the price was better than anywhere else I checked.

My sewing machine had a tension problem so I took it to Jones Sew and Vac and the fixed it. Their service was great and they fixed the problem quickly.

Have always had great service from the Pocatello store. Idaho falls, not so much. Rented a Carpet Shampooer. Had a very disturbing result, And I thought we were on our own as to fixing things. However, Mathew from Joness found out what happened and called, They are going to make things Right. All to often, businesses and people will pass along mediocre service and standards. This is not one of those places. They are standing up and taking care of things. Thank you Joness, I will certainly return
