Went in today to get some lingerie. Theresa was so helpful! We spent about an hour looking and trying things on and she was right there helping us the whole time. Will definitely go back!

Chelle is the absolute best!!! She made my day not once but twice! She ordered me in extra styles to look at and she knows what would fit the best!! Best experience buying bras ever!

Update: We figured out how to get it to work. Its great. Maybe not worth 200. Just make sure you know how to operate.We bought a $200 vibrator & it’s worthless. The store was nice. The workers raved about how amazing their most expensive vibrator was, that they owned it & that it was definitely worth the money. The vibrator is weak. It’s hard to turn on, the remote control app doesn’t work, and above all it doesn’t work unless your hand on the handle and the end is making good contact with skin. It’s supposed to be a nice feature that it only runs when it senses body heat, but it makes it not work. Total waste of $200! Stack yo bread & get something simple.

The staff was really great. They were willing to help out with any questions I had. However, I found that choosing the lingerie is not always what I am looking for. They have fun things in the back room for playing games or doing massages. The prices on the lingerie are good though.If you want to buy fun stuff for your wedding night or for sparking your marriage, this is the place to go. It is nice to have such a store in town as opposed to having to order things on Amazon.

Went back recently and had a wonderful experience. The place was clean and the salea ladies were very nice.Glad I gave it another try. 1.30.21Ladies are very in your face and pushy. How about some space when Im trying to pick out the special stuff.Also Im only saying this because I gave many ques to the sales lady and she just stuck around.Very awkward experience...Wont give them another try.Was like this when I went here many years back other location.

Fun selection and very helpful staff. They have so many choices, and even a great selection in plus sizes. I found an item I wanted that wasnt in my size, and the staff was ready to assist. They had my size ordered in ready to pick up in a couple days. Would definitely buy from again!

The staff members are very nice, willing to help you find what you want/need. The stores selection isnt all that great in regards to lingerie. They have a backroom with intimate items (toys, games, etc) and the staff are willing to answer any questions you might have. They also have a display of samples to buy for cheaper.

I feel like tge staff isnt always nice and some seem judgmental when you try and explain things to them. I went to look at lingerie and they suggested the most cover possible so it wasnt uncomfortable because of my size. Yes, Im a little chubby but Im comfortable with myself and Ive had 2 babies. I just wanted to buy something sexy for a birthday surprise and was let down by the rudeness. However, I have always gotten my questions answered accurately about other products...

Went in with my husband. Being newly married we were excited to try some new stuff out. Had a nice lady helping us find what we wanted. Once we picked what we wanted went to the register to pay and had a different lady ring us up, but they would not sell to me. My bank has not yet sent me my new card and because my names didnt match they would not sell to me. Even though I had other cards with my previous name on them they still refused. Which is funny because i have used my mothers card to purchase items there before. Could have gone and got cash to pay but I decided that they have lost my business.

I really enjoy shopping for clothes here. I usually will wait until it’s discounted or clearance items just because it’s really expensive. I have purchased many of their playful items like nipple nibblers, body paints, massage oils, and other items like that. Every time I get these additional items I’m always disappointed. This last time I got body paints and nipple nipplors and I called about having a refund or in-store credit. The body paints were not vibrant at all. The nipple nibblers had a disgusting aftertaste. The lady I spoke to said unfortunately not. I even explained that the sales associate said the body paints I got would be more vibrant than the other ones. Just realize that anything you purchase in the store you’ll probably never be able to take back for any reason whatsoever. There’s no customer satisfaction guaranteed. I will always use the store for clothing. But I will never use it for additional items. Also I’m not a big fan of their sales techniques. I know they need to upsell items but I’m one of those I know exactly what I want so don’t waste my time talking to me about something I’m not interested in. And I really don’t need you to help me pick out an outfit or tell me how beautiful I look in it.

Really nice staff but some of their lingerie was cheaply made. Such as I got some stockings and at the counter they told me that the stockings were non refundable well when I got home I could see why! They had snags all over them. Paid $10 for snaggy stockings Im never going to wear. Thanks.

Customer service was good, but as far as products and selection is horrible when it comes to bras. I bought 2 and regret my purchase. Not to mention that I cant return them. They will not give money back they just give you in store credit. I dont shop there enough to spend what I spent on the 2 bras. I would rather go to Victoria Secret they have more of a selection, and better fit and comfort.

I have shopped here many times and have had great service until today. In the past, I have purchased things that I didnt really like or use after purchase but I understood their return policy and why. I spent over $250 for items for a cruise with my husband and during the cruise, an $80 item didnt work. I took the item back in just days after I returned from my cruise and they confirmed that the item was defective. They refuse to refund me and even called the manager who refused as well. Worst service ever! Save your time and money and order online!!!

Place is a little in the pricy side, but they have an ok selection. Not much of anything like it in the area. Adam and Eve did just recently open a sure, but its not nearly as large as Karnations. Its been my go to local store for intimate items for over a decade. Staff is always friendly and eager to help. Store is always clean. I have no problems returning to shop here.

Great store to find everything you could want for your significant other as well as yourself. The staff are very helpful and can help you find whatever youre in the mood for. Ive been to stores such as Karnations in other cities and Karnations is so much nicer and clean.

I first walked in with my boyfriend very confidently! But then the woman who worked there told me where the plus size lingerie is. I am not plus size. 5ft 7, 25 waist, and 120lbs. I just thought that was very rude of her to assume my size like that. Then we started browsing the lingerie and noticed something on one of them, there was fecal matter in the crotch area. I gave it to the woman at the counter and asked for some hand sanitizer. They should really take stock of their inventory that could be bad for someone elses health. Finally the only good part of the store was the lubes, oils, and toys section. We ended up finding a lot of fun stuff and walked out feeling a but better about our visit!

For us, it wasnt a good experience. The sales lady was SO PUSHY! We even made it clear we didnt need assistance and she still followed us around the whole time, reaching over our shoulders so show us things..it was too much so we left and havent been back.
