Called in for question on a product I ordered from them and the guy that answered the phone when I called about a technical question simply should not be in customer service. Disappointing to say the least. Good products but customer service is equally important.

I wish all companies were like SLP. I placed an order online for some rollers for my Rzrs clutch. A half hour later a rep from SLP called me to verify the amount of items I had ordered. I unknowingly ordered one inside puck, when I should of ordered two. We got that squared away and they answered a couple of questions for me concerning my clutch. That was around noon on Thursday, the next morning the parts were delivered to my PO Box in Utah. It truly was a great experience all the way around. I will definitely be recommending SLP to everyone I know!

These guys are the best in the business!! Blew up a clutch spider and mailed my clutch to them, but it was not fixable. They bought a new clutch from the local dealer and did not mark up the price. Balanced, new spring, and fixed my weights. Fixed on a Monday shipped that afternoon and had me going Wednesday night. Thank you to all that work at SLP.

True enough, their products will stand alone and be able to rest solely on their own merit, they are superior. However, making it personal in a commercial industry is what sets Starting Line Products apart from the rest. They took the time to listen and then they made the time to provide results on my RZR. To top that off they provided a little extra at delivery. I am more than happy with the quality and finish they provided. Customer service is more a byline.

I just went into SLP to get help on a warranty claim and was very surprised and pleased with their service. I was in Togwotee this last weekend having a blast and my Can I purchased from them developed a crack around the top which was causing me to lose back pressure. I contacted them this Monday and Adam the sales manager told me to come by their shop and let him inspect the can. After inspecting it he warrantied it and gave me a new one. I can say they are definitely a company that stands behind their products! I will look forward to doing business with them for years to come!
