Our experience was very good. We love our home. They are very qualified and know their products. Paul has been in this business for many years. Very helpful in making the changes I was wanting to make. Their staff and set up crew were all very friendly and helpful!

We too have been lied to, cheap flimsy material used in the majority of the home. Our master bedroom closet/shelf pulled right out of the wall and all of our clothes landed on the floor. My husband tried to fix it so we wouldnt have to deal with them, but it happened....not just once, but 3 times before we couldnt handle it any more, and have moved out until repairs can be made. When assembling the home one man came and did the texture work on one side of the ceiling in the living room, he was fired that night, so another man tried to finish it the next day in a completely different pattern. What a mess!!! We have trim on one side of the closets, and no trim on the other side, looks like crap!! When actually making contact with the owner Paul Hathaway today, let me just say.....he needs to go to business school and learn what customer service is!! He was cocky, yelling, ignorant, and made no promises to fix the problems with the closet, just said he would make contact with the closet manufacturer and see if they would help us. Basically not backing his manufacturers, but throwing them under the bus. We moved into the home with no keys, one toilet that rocked like you were on the ocean, unfinished trim work, blue masking tape on the ceiling where they had tried to make a few repairs, no shower heads, etc. We finally just made what repairs we could, bought a new decent toilet, had keys made, bought shower heads, and repaired what trim pieces that were repairable. The only reason we were repaired for these items was because the flooring company they used to finance them call my husband. He told them of all the cracks in the ceiling after being moved around, and how poorly they were repaired. We finally hired professional who was able to make the appropriate repairs. My husband has made multiple repairs to this home, just unreal!!!!!

Paul Hathaway will go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. I loved the fact that they have been in business in SE Idaho for 50+ years. I always try and shop local.

We got a great deal and love our home! The setup crew was quick and did an awesome job. We are very satisfied.

I looked at manufactured homes on smart mods and they had a manufactured home listed for 38,000, my wife and arrived on the lot and the actual price is 60,000. The salesman fed me full of gimmicks and everytime I had a question he interrupted me half way through my sentences, extremely rude service. Hathaways lot to the East of smart mods was my next destination. The sales lady in the first five minutes found a bunch of options, with no pressure and was very knowledgeable, after my wife and I traveled to the Saint Anthony lot and the Owner Paul found us the perfect home, rates, and even called my parents and described to them which deal he could do for us. Extremely happy that the owner of a business could take 2 to 3 hours out of his day to help us. If you are looking for a manufactured home make sure you drive past smart mods to hathaways in the back, smart mods will jack you around and talk you out of a sale.

Best experience Ive ever had RV shopping.Went in at first to look at smaller used trailers for overflow on our property. Kearston showed us everything we wanted to look at, not just what they wanted to sell us. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the inventory. We were so impressed by the Forest Rivers that we decided to upgrade our Lorado 5th wheel to a new Forest River Sandpiper. Thats right we bought 2 trailers from them! Paul gave us a more than fair trade in on our Lorado. All the others dealers in the area have always low balled us on trade in value. After the sale Paul let us store both the trailers at their lot until we were ready to pick them up. Brian in the service department made sure everything was working like it should, and made sure we knew all we needed to know about both trailers. They really wanted to make sure we were happy. We feel like weve made some great friends in Paul, Kearston, and Brian. We loved the service so much that Ive got them looking for a smaller used Toy Hauler for future purchase. Inventory may not be as large as other Big Dealers, but they make up for that in friendliness, service and price. I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else to buy an RV. A Five Star Plus Experience!!

These people are very dishonest. when to buy are the best in the world and once you bought forget the whole deal, do not fulfill what they promise paul Hathaways is a liar, dishonest and very bad person. Be careful with these dishonest people Do not deal with them because they do not comply they are going to be very bad times with their lies and dishonesty I already lived it and I know of other people who lived it also better busken another place
