Bathrooms were filthy and trash cans at the entrance were overflowing at 7:05 am 8/6/21. Every toilet was full of paper unflushed and it looked like they had overflowed onto the floor. I know they had just opened, and how difficult is finding people to work nowadays, but they should have been cleaned before they opened or closed them to the public until they could clean them.

I give 3 stars only because the customer service is great! Other than that this winn dixie is not thought of greatly in comparison to other winn dixies in all surrounding areas. Lehigh acres, labelle, naples, etc. all have winn dixies updated. They have double sliding doors and just updated all around while the winn dixie in Immokalee looks abandoned (if you dont believe it take a drive by and take a look for yourself) I am more than sure the Immokalee winn dixie has gained enough profits from the community to give the store a well deserved renovation (and not just new coolers that were recently added to the store). We dont have a walmart or any other main grocery store in town and should show appreciation for this town keeping them in business. Also, a nice suggestion since Winn dixie has all this revenue going into their store, they should give their valued local employees more than 8-9 bucks or whatever their pay is now.

Usually a great place to buy flowers, the doughnuts are very good.Most of the time lines are long but the cashiers are nice.You have to try there tres leche cakes! Those cakes are the best.And the dog toys are really cheap and durable.It is also the only place where they Fancy Feast for cats. Which saves you gas instead of going to Wal-Mart. Use your reward card to save some cash and get the buy one get one free.Look up for weekly deals.

So glad this place is getting a face lift!

Changed my review to a 1 after seeing this:If that doesnt make you want to turn around and walk out I dont know what does! This has to violate some agricultural health codes. 😷. Meat is supposed to be pink not brown upon purchase, despite there being some exceptions. Disgusting.

Great place to get some groceries. The staff was helpful and the prices were reasonable.

Today i went to buy some cupcakes i found a good variety 12pc for a decent price $7.99. I asked one of the 3 ladys working at the bakery if they could take 1 cupcake, remove the icing and insert blue icing into the cupcake then replace the icing back on top. I wasnt asking for them to eat fire and they were not busy at all but they refused to do it. The lady i was speaking with seemed new cause she was asking the other lady if they could and i know she felt bad which i dont blame her i am disapointed cause again i wasnt asking for them to eat fire it was something simple that wouldve took 3mins tops to do. The cupcakes were yummy and colorful and again a good price just that small disappointment i had i wantted to reveal my babies gender to a friend for her birthday and instead i ended up having to just flat out tell her.

Winn-Dixie was very clean and cool the employees were polite I still dont quite understand their pricing system I would have bought more if I could have figured out the way they had things discounted all in all it was a good experience I would say is an excellent place to shop great variety of lots of stuff

Why does this store look so unpleasantPeople always have to stand in long lines when trying to ckout. Steaks are ALWAYS fatty! Havent had a good one yet.

Clean and got some sea food on sale. The chips I like are always out of date for some reason.

For a local Winn Dixie the prices are above the norm but in an emergency they have what you need and the customer is never right in this store just a warning.

My neighborhood supermarket has all my everyday food essentials. Fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices and of course snacks lol. Every employee is great and friendly and is there when I need help. I come here often and I recommend everyone shop at your local supermarket.

The prices on some items dont match with other Winn Dixie stores, theyre higher than most. I think its because its the only major food store in Immokalee. But the employees are awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Good place but there isnt much and a little expensive for cheap things.

I do most of my shopping elsewhere, i would not recommend this place because the staff there doesn’t know what they doing. They are selling expensive stuff, the cashiers are a bunch of young kids, texting and playing right in front of you. One time I went there they were calling some of the customers ugly and laughing at them like it was nothing. I think they whole staff needs to get trained so they can do a better job. By the way always check the expiration dates they’re known to sell a lot of expired items.

Only two registers open and the lines were so long and one of them was the 10 items or less. It was an ok experience. Could be better.

Compared to other stores, the prices are a couple nickels higher, but its actually a pretty nice place. The emlployees there arent rude either. However, this wouldnt be a good place to go to on a busy day (New Years, July 4th, etc.), since some employees leave early, putting pressure on other employees, since there are more customers. Pretty nice place though.

The employees are nice and there is never a line. My only complaint is that it can cost a little more if you dont have the Winn Dixie card. Unfortunately this is the only major grocery store in immokalee.

Really long lines and Managers don’t care !Only big grocery store in Immokalee.Really felt bad about the Fire Department Officers that had to leave on a emergency call last night because they were in line way to long.Always a long wait in line. Maybe they should have some leader or manager on the floor to make sure customers are being taken care of at night not come out of the office with a phone in there ear and walk back into the office when there is a jam out .

Get some bakers who know what they are doing. I had chocolate covered donuts with sprinkles and the chocolate was horrible tasting. Nothing Ive ever had on a donut. Bittersweet chocolate? Or semisweet chocolate? I dont know but each does not make a donut.

Winn-Dixie is a big store but sometimes I like to go in the store because there is give internet free so liked!

Fresh produce section has gone downhill. Strange pricing for individual items instead of by the pound.

The cashiers and baggers are all h.s kids so unprofessional and just play around took a kid 15 minutes to finish cashing me out because he kept stopping to horseplay/chitchat with his coworkers.. No sense of management here either, and they never have produce in stock here. Really went downhill, they really need to hire adults again to supervise these children.

Worst customer service ever. Todat at 5:08 pm I bought a profane gas tank and when I got home my husband verify the tank and it was empty with the blue cap was open. So they sold an empty tank and I called them and they wont change the tank. They stoled me $54.59.

Place is very busy, need more cashiers but convenient.

Its not the best store but its an okay alternative. I usually only go to purchase water for my gallons because the food is not too good or it does not last long.

It has about everything you need. There are things that are very expensive, compare to Publix.
