Awesome little shop full of unique gifts. We really enjoyed shopping here. The owner has been here for 38 years and is packed with tons of local knowledge. What a gym 💎(pun intended) to find and enjoy this local store!

What an interesting, niche place! We found several treasures among all the shells and geodes in this shop. The owner was nice and helpful. Our only complaint, and not much that could be done to fix this as there are no windows, is more light. Were wondering if maybe the building used to be a bar or something...

Walked in here on the morning after my 30th birthday. I have been looking for a genuine real place like this for a while. My heart went to this crystal here in the photo. Bought a few others too. Shared unforgettable stories with the family business and will always have a great memory of this shop and unique area. This shop is ran how it’s supposed to be. What a cool store. So many shells, and a fantastic variety. They also have many other unique and interesting items. A great place for a gift for ant beach lovers you know. Worth checking out just for kicks. Prices seem reasonable.

Bibbeys is outstanding! My fiance and I were curious about the contents of the store, and we were not disappointed. Polished shells, natural shells, gemstones and minerals of all kinds. Reasonable prices on all of it. Chatted with the one of the owners Mike, who geeked out with us on pop culture (we had Star Wars themed masks on). Both gents were super kind, the shop was so uniquely cool, and if they couldnt be better, they pulled out dog treats when a dog and their owner came to visit. Just so cool and down to earth. We will be back just to say hello!!

I have no idea about the products or quality of the shop. However, my 13 year old daughter told me that an employee (possibly the owner from what Im told) put his hand on my daughters shoulder multiple times. She may look older than 13 but she absolutely doesn’t look like an adult. An identifier is his front teeth are damaged. An adult shouldn’t be touching a child anywhere…. Don’t let your kids in this shop by themselves.

Fidel is a great knowledgeable help to me when visiting. I highly recommend this place to visitors and shell collectors.

Wonderful selection of shells and the owner very nice. I went in with a childrens book of shells and asked for an example of every shell listed. He spent considerable time picking out the nicest shells. I bought 3 of each for my young grandchildrenso the can learn from the book and the actual shell. They are thrilled. Parents took some to the beach and had the little ones find them. Great fun.

My children desired to come in and also check out this little gift shop. I can see the appeal for the little youngsters given that you can find some charming little coverings as well as perhaps s pendant. If youre looking for little ornaments for your kids though it may be fun for them and also conserve you some cents.

If you are in San Diego, you should go in this little place with all this beautiful little thing. Really pretty!

One of the coolest beach gift shops Ive ever been to. Definitely best in Southern Cali

Being a local I always go down to imperial beach and pass by the place but never actually go inside. The outside is super colorful but theres no windows and only a door to enter the place. The entry way ends up looking pitch black against the colored exterior. Which was why I was hesitant to step inside but finally I did and I cant stop coming back. I have a growing crystal collection and its just getting bigger. the workers are very kind and the quality is amazing as well as the price Ive been recommending this place to everyone.

I love going in here for great little gifts for family that lives in Kansas. The guy in there is always funny and friendly. Not expensive like some of the other knick knacks places around!

I bought a lot of high-quality artifacts, mainly wood scruptures, figurines, and masks, etc, from Mr. Fidel over three to four years at their another store location. I enjoy their collections and Fidels friendship a lot. Keep going....
