LAGGERS, all the offices are freaking laggers, they are lazy and hardly do their job. The financial aid office is a joke I dont if its that theyre understaffed or whatever but they take MONTHS to put your award in or fix a little thing, its just ridiculous.

Its changed since the last time. They have added other supplies other than school supplies like personal care & snacks.

How about you dont put students on hold and then hang up on them when you tell those students youll only take a minute.
