They were extremely helpful considering my circumstances. They were able to diagnose and correct efficiently. The price, i decided, with all things considered was quite fair and reasonable!

They did okay I guess but when I got back home I found that someone had taken my vape I think it was one of those dirty mechanics but other than that breaks are okay

The quality of work was fine and all, but $600 for a wheel bearing seemed a little steep to me. I get it, times are tough. What really irritated me was that Jim chose not to wear a mask with customers around. I thought this was a sign of disrespect to his customer base and inconsiderate of the situation we are in as a community. I will more than likely, not take my vehicles to TLC automotive.

Got an ID/OD inspection done here, they dated it wrong by 5years so it wasnt accepted at the DMV. Came back 30min before closing and it was locked up

I live in Buckner, MO, but spend alot of time and money in Independence and Blue Springs, MO. For my money there is no better place then TLC for vehicle repair and vehicle maintenance. Great experience everytime we have taken our vehicle there. Everyone looks for someone to be their mechanic. TLC can and should be that place for you. Jim and his staff are always honest and charge fairly.

Jim was incredibly rude and demeaning on the phone. I wouldnt even go into his shop based on his phone customer service. Even if he is a good mechanic. No reason to speak to people that way.

I called Jim up at 3:45 to see if I could get in for an oil change before thecy closed at 5. He was very obliging and managed to get me in and out quickly despite the short notice. This will be my go-to car shop in the future!
