I think his name was Bill and he went above and beyond to make my experience with Ferguson one of a kind. Would absolutely recommend others to others and hope to see him again soon! Manager of the Ferguson Independence location is one of a kind. His customer service is impeccable, and he can fix a toilet faster than you can say upper deck. Had the best #2 of my life after his advice on how to repair my porcelain throne. I cant remember his name exactly - I think it was Phil or Bill or something like that. Regardless, I hope he continues to get the praise he deserves.
