Professional work done on time at a fair price

We have stored our boat at Mobile Marine Services for about 10 years now and never had any communication issues with them. Our boat comes out of storage clean and undamaged, at the time and date agreed upon. I know from previous experience this is not the case with all storage facilities.

Great thorough service, and fair prices too. A very experienced crew.

They will gouge you for every penny they can get - tried to tell me work needed to be done that had been completed elsewhere the previous season. When I tried o get my boat out of storage and they didnt return phone calls or emails until I threatened to call the police to report the boat stolen. When I did get it back, the trim would not angle down and would rise up when accelerating. Despite the fact that they had done work on the stern drive the previous fall, and there had been no issues with the trim, Chris would not even acknowledge that they may have caused the problem, instead sending this: Stuff Quits Working Over The Winter Storage Season Quite Frequently. Whats funny is that he put that line in quotes, not me. I assume thats because its there official motto. Terrible, dishonest, reprehensible person. One last comment - note that 2 of their 5-starreviews say the exact same thing. No doubt an effort to try to mitigate the poor reviews from real customers.

Gave me good advice - free. Saved me lots of money. His advice corrected the problem.
