I had amazing experience here with Alisha my bridal assistant. She listened to what I had in mind. I was not rushed or pushed towards very expensive dress. I disagree with another review on here. I had no clue what size I was wearing since losing 200+ pounds. I tried dresses on from size 12 to 26. The dresses are European sizes and that is not the shops fault. I said yes to my beautiful dress. They ensured that I will have my dress done and ready. I am so excited to say I Do May 22, 2021!!!!

I dont know how anyone could rate any less than 5!!! Kelly is literally amazing, I would go back and make an excuse to buy something just to work with her again 😂! They make you feel so so comfortable, BEAUTIFUL, and they go the absolute extra mile to make sure you find your dream dress! I walked out today with my absolute dream dress and the tears were rolling! Also Grace and another girl (I wish I got her name) were also so amazing! If you want to feel like a complete princess go to Amore Bridal!! A day Ill never forget and I wish I could relive it again and again! ❤️

Very beautiful gowns! We were looking for a gown for my granddaughters prom! Staff was very helpful and engaging!

Amore was great to work with for our tux rentals. Everyone looked amazing at our wedding, and even people from out of state were able to order without issue. They even got my husbands tux in early to make sure everything would fit properly for the wedding.

I am not the type to write reviews, but after what I have experienced at this shop I have to!!!As a plus size woman, trying on dresses can be a challenge considering most designers send sample sizes to shops that carry their dresses. I called around to multiple stores and very few carried any bridesmaids dresses about a 12. When I called amore they said that they had a few plus sizes that could be tried on. When we arrived to try on dresses there was not a single dress in that designer above a 16. This of course made deciding which dress to purchase more difficult, especially when you are paying $200+ for a dress.I was measured in my bust, waist and hips to find out what size I would need to order. When we referenced the size chart, it came out that my bust was bigger than the largest size dress available. I never in my life, have ordered a size 28 in anything. Now, with that being said, I understand that dresses tend to run small. No big deal. The woman then tells me that I will need to order an extra yard of fabric which when the dress is altered can be added to make the top bigger to fit my bust. A yard of fabric runs for $50 a yard. The dress itself was $220. She then tells me that they charge extra per size after a size 22. Once everything is all said and done, my total comes out to $341, for a dress that I have no idea what it will look like on, nor how it will fit. Not to mention during all of this, the woman that was helping us was very, very pushy and quite rude.Fast forward 2 1/2 months later. The bride gets a call that our dresses are in. I am thinking great, I will finally be able to see what this will look like on and figure out how much it will need to be altered. I go pick up the dress, the extra fabric and pay the balance that is left. I get home, put the dress on and to my surprise.... IT ZIPS! AND there is a ton of room in the bust, along with everywhere else.Here I am with a dress that is now way to big, a yard of extra fabric that I do not need, and I start questioning the measurements, the size that was ordered, and why I paid the extra money when I obviously did not need to. I thought that I would just call Amore and explain what is going on, surely they would understand. After this I took measurements myself at home, to find out that according to the size chart I did not need a size 28, but a size 18, maybe 20 if we were being generous.I called Amore today, and first spoke to a young lady. She was very concerned and said that unfortunately she could not do anything and that she would get me with someone that could help. Another woman comes on the phone, I explain to her the situation and according to her “these things to happen and that there is an ease in all dresses that is around half an inch which could explain why it fits” I told her that “no mam, it is not just a little loose, it is way too big.” She claimed that all dresses size different and that basically you order a size while you are “backed into a corner hoping that it fits”. If that is the case, why even take measurements? If all of the dresses are sized differently why have a size chart? She then tells me that they cannot take back the extra fabric because the designer does not take it back. She claimed that all dresses are dyed together and that if they took this fabric back it would not match any other dresses of that color. Which, I am sorry, but come on... Seriously?After what turned out to be a pointless conversation about the sizing of the dress, I then mention the extra charged and the money that I am out. So not only am I out the $50, but I am also out the extra money charged for it being over a size 22, and I am going to have to pay the extra money to have it altered to where I need it to be. She did not seem like she cared, nor that she wanted to make the situation right. Her words were “these things happen”.I am very, very upset with how this was handled from start to end. All I can say is check your measurements if you do decide to go here and think twice before ordering.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff was kind & helpful, the selection was By Far better than anywhere else we had looked and the prices although a bit high are Fair for the quality and beauty and they do alterations if you need them. Highly recommend this place!

The ladies here are just fantastic. Theyre not pushy in the least. Great selection! Over 50 different bridal dresses and another floor full of other formal wear. Theyre very accommodating and make you feel very comfortable in everything youre trying on. Highly recommend!

I’m not usually the person they write reviews but since I experience bad services at two bridal shops. I feel the need to write a review this place was so fantastic I fell in love with the lady that helped me I don’t remember her name but she was so helpful and so friendly. I am a plus size bride And she made me very comfortable with trying on dresses and looking for dresses I have two more bridal shop to look at but most likely I will purchase my dress from here just because of the communication and the friendliness and the customer service I received here

I had such a comfortable and inviting experience! Kelly was such an amazing consultant! She’s there because she wants to be, and it shows! She made me feel so beautiful and like I was a part of her family! I absolutely recommend this beautiful store and these lovely people!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend them, very rude and snobby people. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Went in with my two year old daughter to look at their wedding dresses. I wasn’t going to buy one just yet, I wanted to look around more before I made a decision. Went in, saw a couple of dresses I wanted to try on and take a couple of photos. Go to a couple other places and do the same so I could look at them and decide what dress I wanted. Told the lady and she goes in a very rude tone “this isn’t a modeling store and next time you need to make an appointment, you are taking up other people’s times.” There was no one in the store. No one! She even looked at my daughter in a disgusting way . My daughter was just sitting there quietly. I was on the phone with my husband the whole time. I went back to my car and cried. I ended up going to David’s Bridal’s. Don’t waste your time here!

Kelly was great!! You can tell she works there because she loves it. She never made me feel rushed and wouldve let me try on every dress if I wanted. She even came in on her day off to let me come back and make my decision. And then had me do a photoshoot on the stairs in the dress to make sure I had all of the pictures of me in it that I wanted. Thank you for finding me the perfect dress Kelly!

The bridal salon is fine. Would not recommend their seamstresses. The lady I used for my wedding dress, took my dress in too much, the dress wouldn’t Button. When I asked her to fix it she was going to charge me to fix her mistake.

Its on the pricey side, but its definitely worth it. Its more about the argument of quality and worth versus a more economic choice. The alterations department is no less than miraculous, and they really do have an eye for detail. Every single time of gone in there for either a fitting or a purchase, they always make sure to pay special attention to me, but not in the condescending, over-the-top way. I appreciate that they genuinely care and that they genuinely want you to look your best.

Amore was AMAZING! I visited a store before going here, and every dress at Amore was 10x more beautiful than the store before, and the same price! I found THE DRESS. the lady who helped us was patient, helpful, and kind. She kept my guests entertained while I was fixing things here and there w/ undergarments by asking questions. she was willing to help and be there as long as we had the time. The stores manager/owner was also there and came by multiple times to check on us and comment on dresses. I went on a Saturday even, and figured I would be rushed out like the next bride to be was coming in, I only noticed one other bride and never felt pressured to hurry up I will recommend Amore to any future bride, dont waste your time anywhere else. you will feel like a top client and the dresses are insanely beautiful. I loved all of them, I could have picked 10 dresses here seriously. I will tell all the brides I know to come here to shop!

My wife bought her wedding dress here and had the alterations done here. We couldnt have been more happy with the care and individual attention they gave us for our special day. We also bought a bridesmaids dress a couple of years later. I really dont know why we looked at any other place first. They are top notch service and wonderful people to work with.

Went there with my best friend looking for her dress. They were the best place we went that day! They took the brides feedback and kept coming back with great recommendations. It was a wonderful experience.

Worst customer service, they messed up dress 3 times so far for my wife to be. And keep telling her she shouldnt try it, they told her to come pick up today and that if she tried it on they wouldnt repress it. She took the chance and tried it anyway and it was not complete.. now she is going back Thursday to get itWhy would you tell a bride to not try her dress after you guy have altered it! Shouldnt she try it after it was changed to make sure its good fit?

Amore Bridal did the bridesmaid and day of helper dresses for our August 11, 2012 wedding. The colors were turquoise and red and I was having a difficult time finding cute, affordable dresses to match the shades I was looking for. I finally ended up here and thankfully there was a selection to choose from! I had a total of 9 girls in my bridal party and I wanted them all in different dresses which was an undertaking, but Heather was very helpful during the process and they all found dresses they liked. Unfortunately a lot of the more affordable dresses were not in the store to try on and most of the girls didnt feel comfortable ordering a dress they couldnt try on. I also had a size issue with one of the bridesmaid dresses that we were thankfully able to take care of, but to this day Im still not sure what exactly happened because I didnt have time to fully look into it.

First time there and I already know I want to buy my dress from this store. The service there is amazing and they made me feel beautiful when trying on the dresses as I am very self conscious and nervous. But they made me feel comfortable like talking to a friend. By the end of my visit I had found the dress for me and am excited to be working with them!

Picked a beautiful dress and the service was great, to start with. I bought my veil as well. The alterations were the issue. Buy your dress here and get it altered somewhere else. I went through session upon session. Thought it was finished. Day of wedding, pulled out a pin and another pin, come to find out they never altered the top of my wedding dress. Called and complained. I did receive my money back after constant pestering. It was customer service at its worst and she is part owner. Just pay someone else to alter it.

This is the second place I went to dress shopping. I worked with kristen. She was AMAZING!!! Really listened to what I wanted, had me laughing the whole time, and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. ( Im plus size so was nervous) I highly recommend this place to any brides!!!!

I found the perfect dress and had the best, most helpful team. I dont have family in the area and they went out of their way to help me FaceTime my family and take pictures to send. They made the entire experience very personal and I felt like they were just as excited for my wedding day as I was. The size they suggested to order was spot on and the few alterations I needed were perfect. The sales team is helpful without being pushy or overbearing. They gave suggestions without making me feel forced to buy anything. I had SO many compliments on my dress on my wedding day, it was absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend this store for the amazing dresses and great customer service. Thank you!!

I waited for 10 minutes at the door while 3-4 employees piddled around near a woman trying on dresses. I showed myself upstairs to look at the bridesmaid dresses and then came back downstairs only to wait again. I walked out without any service. I was forced to come back after another shop did not carry a specific designer and was finally helped by an employee who had happened to show up early for work. She was great and super helpful.

GO TO MENS WAREHOUSE!!!!!! This is the worst place to get anything! Im stuck being the best man in a suit that doesnt fit because the people there wouldnt listen to me and didnt get the clothes in until the day before the wedding. This place sucks never go here.

They were fantastic to work with and helped me find the dress I didnt know worked for me! They knew my body type and found something fantastic to go with it.

Stay away from this place! Nothing but headaches! Anything and everything that could have gone wrong did and the owner says its not her problem. These custom bridesmaid dresses didnt fit. Not even one! Every one of them were too tight. These people cannot measure. We ordered dresses 4 months in advance and was told we needed to pay a rush fee. I was thrown a dress and told to try it on and then waited for 20 minutes before getting any help because the sales girl was too busy talking to the mother of a bride in front of me about how tacky it was for a bride to not pay for her bridesmaids dresses. Please save yourselves the disappointment and headaches and go anywhere else!

Went for a tux - better service than Mens Warehouse, by far!

My mom and I walked into Amore without an appointment and not knowing what to expect. At first I was ready to walk out because it seemed too fancy/upscale for what I was looking for, but Jennifer was super nice and willing to assist us regardless of our lower budget. She helped me find a BEAUTIFUL dress upstairs on the sales rack. The only hiccup I had with Amore was my experience with one of their alterationist. But at the end of the day, my dress looked perfect on my wedding day, and thats all that mattered to me!

They messed up on the size for my now husbands sizes and we didnt have time to return it since they got it in two days before our wedding... amore bridals solution? Return it, us pay 50 to have it overnighted back with no guarantee we would have it back in time for our wedding. Not happy my husband felt uncomfortable all night. Even when we returned it they acknowledged the sizes were off. No apologies, no refunds.

I would NEVER EVER buy anything from this place. We walked in and waited for someone to at least greet us and not one person even acknowledged that we were there. We finally walked around ourselves and found that they were way over priced. So we walked in, around and it and no-one spoke to us!! Would not even give them one star!!

Unprofessional!! I understand mistakes happen but to not apologize for them is inexcusable. I was understanding when I had to wait an hr. to pay for my dress because they had a new employee that could not figure the stuff out even tho I wanted to make it to Costco before they closed. The problem was that they had others standing around that could have came up and helped but did not. 1. They said the dress would come in on time then they call to say that there would be a charge for rush delivery, would have been fine except for the fact that I asked several times if they would come in on time and was reassured. I would have just went somewhere else but by the time I was notified it was to late to go look somewhere else. Received no apology. 2. They do not know how to size. I felt like the first time I was sized wrong so when I went in I asked to be resized the lady that sized me the second time told me I was a 4. First time around I was told I was an 8. This was done a week apart. When I let the her know that I was sized at an 8. She did not say anything to reassure me. So I politely asked if they could reorder it in a 4. She said no and that I had signed a contract saying that they are not responsible. All they would have had to do was call the manufacturer and change it but they did not offer. The dress came in and it was big by 1 1/2 inches. I guess I should be happy it was not small. Or I would not have had a dress. Basically even if you are the most understanding person you will lose your mind dealing with these people. They will lie and not take responsibility for mistake that they make. Save yourself some serious headache and stay away from them.

This was the worst bridal store I have ever stepped foot into. I will never recommend this place to anyone. In fact I will do my best to keep people from ever visiting there. The entire staff was RUDE! Unprofessional! And Not Helpful!

I was one of 7 bridesmaids. Dresses were purchased from amore and each dress cost about 170.00. We gave them our business but what we got in return was a total nightmare. Unprofessional!!!! First I went in to get sized and then I came back in to get resized a week later because another bridesmaid that wears the exact same size as me was ordered a size 8 and I was told I was a 4. We got sized by different ladies. That is why I went in to get resized well I go in and another lady sizes me and tell me Im between a 4 and 6. What??? At this point I dont even know what to think. I let the lady know that the previous lady sized me at a 4 and that Im afraid it will be to small because my friend who is the exact same size as me got an 8. At this point I was speaking to the manager all the manager says is that they already placed the order. No reassurance no apology. Second we had a junior bridesmaid they measured her and when her dress came in it was 6 inches to small!!! Again they were rude and no apology. First they said well the designer sometimes measures different. Asked them to fix it since that is their mistake. Was told no. Drove up there for the 5th time and the seamstress told the 10 year that she gained weight. In 3 mths I dont see how it is even possible to gain 6 inches. I would understand an inch. They decided to fix it free of charge but only after telling us that they do not accept any responsibility and they are doing us a favor. Basically they dont take responsibility for the designers they carry if that really was the problem, I believe they sized wrong. So then another 5 trips had to be made. I went in there to pay for my dress and waited an hour because the lady could not figure out how to make the machine work. I didnt say anything even tho I wanted to get to costco before they closed. What bothered me about having to wait is the other employees just looked at her instead of trying to help her out. Third mistake they said the dresses would come in on time if ordered by Tuesday. We knew that 3 of the dresses would have to get rush delivering that was fine. I went in Monday and got sized only to receive a call that they would have to rush deliver. It would cost extra money. Had to argue with the manger that that was not what she told us otherwise we would have went to a different place after many phone calls she finally took it off. Lastly took my dress in to have it steamed before the wedding was told I could pick it up Friday went in Friday it was not ready said Im my friends mom will pick it up Saturday. When she went in she was handed the wrong dress thankfully she knew what it looked like. Also I dont celeb it was steamed because it was wrinkled. I live a good 20 min away, I made so many trips, so much money and time was wasted. I didnt get a single apology or anything from them. The bride got a letter in the letter they said they do not take responsibility for the 6 inches to small dress that they measured on a skinny 10 year old. How about the gas, the time or mostly for how rude
