Very disappointed with Midland Marble And Granite.The countertop was miss measured and very uneven along the wall. My tile installer had to do a lot of extra work to fix it. He said it was one of the worst jobs he seen as far as being uneven along the wall. Also I was never told my farm sink needed to be set when they install the countertops. I was assured on two different occasions that the installers would set my farm sink. And was told in quotations “No problem at all”. When the installers came they asked why the farm sink had not been set? And told me I would have to find my own installer for the sink before I could get my countertops. And because the sink was not set when they did the measurements the sink was off centered with an overhang being much larger on one side than the other. So glad I happened to be home during the install because I had to ask them to move it. Which left a large gap on one side of the sink. I had to find a trim guy to fix it. When I called to discuss my concerns I was told they would be happy to send someone out to look at it. At this point I have fixed everything that went terribly wrong. Definitely would not recommend them.

Everyone was very nice and helpful when we shopped at the Lees Summit showroom. We werent sure what we wanted, but found exactly what we needed in their large inventory. Our salesman, Nick, suggested we look at the remnants they have outside, and we found the perfect granite for our bathroom! We choose to just have them cut the granite, per a template my husband made, and we picked it up to install ourselves, as we were on a tight budget and it was a simple vanity top. Picked it up at the Independence location, they put it in our SUV, and I brought it home. Cant wait for my husband to finish making the vanity, so that we can get it in the bathroom with our vessel sinks and faucets! We will definitely use Midland again when we remodel our kitchen!Updated photo showing final product.

We have used Midland Marble three times in one home over a 10 year period. Our basement kitchen, outside kitchen, and upstairs kitchen (what can I say, we love kitchens!), they also installed our office, and one bathroom. Our sales representitive Mark was amazing to work with, the manager Mike came out personally to view the work, the installers and fabricators are TOP NOTCH!! If I have any issues they come right out to correct it (its granite, expect little pieces of mica to pop out here and there over time). We are ALWAYS impressed with the way our home is respected, and the professionalism shown by this wonderful company and their employees. Not one inch of our freshly painted cabinets were scratched! Does anyone know how incredibly hard that is to do? We highly recommend Midland Marble & Granite! Top quality granite, nice and thick, beautifully finished, and respectful, highly professional customer service. My wife designed all our work, and she accepts nothing less than perfect, and Midland Marble delivers everytime! This is one amazing company!!

I had a great experience with Midland Marble & Granite at the Independence location. After taking over a month trying to decide what would be the perfect counter top for my newly remodeled kitchen and whom to purchase it from; I finally chose to go with this company. It was the best decision. They were patient and helpful. They had a nice selection of granite to choose from and where willing to order if they didnt have what I wanted. I was offered a fabulous deal that I could not resist. The gentlemen who did the work were nice guys and did an excellent job putting the granite in. I would recommend them.

We worked with Ellie F. and she was such a tremendous help and so wonderful to work with. Our granite was ordered, measured, old torn out, and new installed and she was right there checking in on the entire process. I cannot recommend Midland Marble enough and would love to have others contact Ellie for their granite and other home needs.

My sales rep helped me select a granite that looks perfect with my cabinets. Ted, one of members of the install team, even repaired the flooring in the cabinet under my sink without me asking - it was a great bonus surprise!

When I was in the market for new kitchen counter tops I looked at the Big Box stores and was not sure about what I would be getting by looking at a small 8 x 8 sample of the material. Not to mention that they use contracted installers not there employees.At the amount of money being spent on my granite tops I thought I should go to a regular supplier of quality stone materials. When I arrived at MM&G I was greeted promptly by Ellie and shown the available full size, huge slices of granite slabs in their show room. There staff was very well versed on the ins and outs of different counter top materials, types of sinks, faucets and there installation. I have worked around the construction industry for over 30 years and so I knew they where straight with me.All there employees from the sales staff to the installers where very nice, worked clean and on time in my home. I even had a snafu with my faucet clearance which was my fault and they promptly returned the next morning and move over my bump up counter top slab a half inch for more clearance on my faucet. That is quality service you just dont see everyday.I highly recommend looking at the specialty suppliers like MM&G for your next stone, tile and construction needs.Lon D. Johnson

Poor communication and substandard installation. Very disappointed with lack of concern for our home. Dealt with the Indep. and Lees Summit Locations. The edges are uneven and we have had to to halt our remodel. Contacted them with no support or solution. I would not choose to use this company again.

Midland Marble & Granite is a very professional company with beautiful products, a wonderful helpful staff and knowledgeable and courteous installers. We hired Midland Marble and Granite to install granite countertops and a tile backsplash in our kitchen, as well as hardwood flooring on our main level and carpet in our upper level bedrooms. I was so pleased with the service we received, and even more pleased with the end result. Our floors look beautiful. Our countertops are absolutely stunning. It feels like a brand new home. The process went smoothly with no major hiccups. the installers were fabulous. Charlie the hardwood installer. Derek and Glen the carpet installers, Dustin and Robert the granite installers. Mark the tile installer, and last but not least - Kelsey our sales rep. GREAT job guys!
