Didnt love the mall prices. But the customer service was amazing. Son wanted a certain pair of Nikes. Shopped all the shoe stores in Independence Center. This one had the same price as others on the shoe. But made sure to help us and not treat us like trash like Foot Locker did.

Will was so great! I made a mistake and showed up before my order was ready to be picked up. Will was the best problem solver and so professional and friendly! I left with my shoes in hand. He handled everything so well, and chatted with me during the entire process. The company is lucky to have him.

They opened pretty slow so it took a while to checkout, but other than that it is a really good store with lots of shoe options. I am loving my Nike Air Force 1s that I got from here!! It took so long to just find a store that had them.

I love this place Ive been coming here since I was a kid I love their hat I love your shoes I love everything here their customer service is like awesome especially if you look really good if you do not dress nice they will think that youre some kind of bum and they wont help you but if you look good and look like you want to buy something theyre going to kiss your butt in here

Was looking for champion shoes,no go in adults. ..i figured this was the one place i could get some since its Champs right....right was told to go online...go figure..there are still people that like to try before they buy.

Horrible. I have been on the phone all morning trying to get a refund for a pair of shoes that ripped entirely down the sole of the shoe. They will not use a credit card receipt as proof of purchase, and the store manager, Mike, has refused to look up the receipt in their system. Apparently, 32 days on a pair of shoes is more than I should expect from the quality of shoe sold in this store even though I paid $65 before tax. Nobody offered a solution to me except to say that it is MY FAULT for wear and tear. Really???? The shoes are fine except for the obvious lack of quality that caused the rip. I am not a wealthy person, and it is a sacrifice to purchase back to school shoes for my son only to find that this store will not stand behind their products. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
