They hardly can keep anything in stock as far as the sought after sneakers let alone give walk in customers a actual fair chance to get the new releases cause they sell them all out to online dealers that buy as many as they can. Then u have to buy them online for double and even triple the retail price. Foot locker is wack and they are a bunch of sell outs to the online flippers so they can make 40.00 off a pair of shoes most of the time.

They never have the sizes me and my whole family wear. Theres too many workers with no customers getting helped.

The customer service is excellent.... everyone is so eager to help and make sure your satisfied.... but their selection of shoes for boys (youth) is very small. That would be my only reason for giving 3 stars. I always have a hard time finding shoes for my 9 year old when I go to this store. Other than that they deserve 10 stars.

I have been to this location many times and while I know they are busy they are always asking if I need help or if there’s anything that I need. I really appreciate that when you walk into a store your greeted and feel like they want to help. Thanks to the employees I will keep coming back. I also like getting the discount coupons via the app after I make a purchase.

I was helped by an exceptional young lady named Raven who was knowledgeable of the inventory on hand and helped me with an online purchase. Great place to buy sneakers!

Horrible service by saleslady Dasia (sp?). I asked several times to be helped and at one point she put her hand up and walked away. I’ve tried shopping at this location several times in the past and ALWAYS get some sort of attitude from staff. Just awful.

There customer service skills is bad, its like the reps dont want to come up to you unless you look a certain way or they dont feel like helping at all. They need to fire whole new staff and get new people that has good customer services skills. They very unprofessional.

This place has the worst costumer service I have ever seen! I placed a order in store for almost $200 and haven’t received it in 2 weeks after they told me it would be there in 5 business days! I called multiple times and when they do answer (which is not that often) they tell me it’s not there, come to find out it was not instock! This is a birthday present and that’s highly inconvenient, they had my phone number on file and could have told me this weeks ago. UNPROFESSIONAL
