The manager of the store was really nice, professional and accommodating. Everyone seems to love their job and are very helpful.

I would give it 0 stars if possible. There was a couple young (late teens would be my guess) girls in the store, and about 20 other customers, there were THREE guys helping these 2 girls, who weren’t actually shopping, they were just holding up a clothing fixture (leaning on it). There was also a female employee that was not in any identifiable Footaction gear, only reason you could tell she was an employee was by her headset. Getting help from anyone in this location was like pulling teeth.

Im very proud of your shoes every time I get shoes I go to footaction at Independence center because I absolutely love your shoes because they are made 100 and they are very good and last along time u all have me as a awesome customer and will be thank you I appreciate your help in finding a awesome pair of shoes that I can wear I will definitely be back soon

Mf ain’t got no shoes

The only reason they got this ONE star is because that the only way I can rate. These ppl in this story so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Like I get that its a shoe store but its a place of business. I feel like we were treated as if our money was no good. As if our money was no value to the company. I will never ever go back to this footaction with these ghetto ass chicks. I asked for a manager Nd was told each store has 3 managers. I didnt ask how many managers. I asked for hers.

Had an in app reservation for a pair of shawdows, when I walked in they asked if I had a reservation I said yes and the size and my name they looked at me for about 35 seconds like UHHHH then I repeated my self and they said we ain’t got it, one guy went to Check and the other proceeded to be very rude telling me nothing can be done and “we ain’t got it” asked for a manager and they said there isn’t one in asked for manager or DMs name and email and he also wouldn’t give me that info. Very poor attitude. My son was so excited to get this pair and now I didn’t come through after I told him we got them.

I went shopping this evening for my son some shoes and I experience the worst customer service ever. The manager Devin was so rude to me he ignored me when I asked him a question. Got on the phone went to the back I tried asking him another question when he got off the phone and he answered very rudely I never been treated this way by anyone sadly hes a manager I plan on calling cooperate office no one should be treated this way.
