Prices are a little high but cookies are good

On google it shows open till 9. We drove out of our way to try it... Closed at 7:06??

5 minutes to close and I was refused service. The employee was very rude and clearly had no customer service skills. I would rate this employee a zero on his own, but Im rating it a two because most generally the employees are pretty customer friendly and have never refused me service before tonight. Im very disappointed with my experience at Great American Cookie.

Ordered online, picked up in store, everything went perfect. It was exactly as ordered, staff were friendly and efficient. Just perfect

This was the second year in a row I tried to order a cookie cake for my husband’s birthday and both years they did not have my order even started when I tried to pick it up. Super disappointing and what’s more disappointing is how they handled it. Not even an apology. Acted like it wasn’t their problem. My 2 and 3 year old were wondering where their dads cake was. They have officially lost my business.

On 11/19/18 Monday at about 10:20am Even though They were seemingly open... Me and a Family of potential buyers stood at the counter looking rather confused while The Employee on hand was making new batch of Cookies. He looked up and saw all of Us but continued to do whatever He was doing instead of attending to The Customers. The Family walked off after a couple of minutes of being ignored. I stayed for a few more seconds to which He looked over at Me once again but still didnt come over to engage the customer! Really poor customer service and bad for company business as He lost several potential sales! Its sad that terrible customer service is becoming the new normal nowadays...

Get peanut butter cookies here all the time. They are delicious and big enough to just need 1.

Had an excellent experience here. Everyone was very nice and cookies tasted amazing!!!

Cookies are okay but are not worth the price. The cookie and icing didnt look or taste fresh.
