What a terrific experience! I was very leery about having just anyone replace the windshield on my older camaro, but I chose Glass Doctor based on a friends recommendation. The tech showed up at the house right on time and I was more than relieved when he said that he has over 20 years experience working on these exact cars. He was very knowledgeable, professional and had all of the tools he needed in his truck. He did a great job, completed in about an hour, and I am very pleased with the results.

Their technician was just driving downtown on Southwest boulevard yelling at somebody who was making a wrong turn yelling out the window of the service van. Not very professional

An entire window pane was replaced very quickly and professionally, Darrell did a great job, plus, he helped me out to figure out alternative payment methods when my credit card was not working on his reader. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs window work of any kind.

I called this company already having a bad day and the lady Im sorry I forgot the name who took the call was soooo patient and professional they gave me a time and not long after I got off the phone I received a call from Darrel and by the time I was done with my lunch Darrel was at the house cutting the glass like a boss. A little pricey for the size widow and it was already taking out but I needed it done today and all others said next day so hey it is what it is.

I have used this company twice to repair two home windows with cracks. Both encounters were great as they were responsive, and professional. I will use them again if needed.

I picked Glass Doctor because they said they only used OEM Glass. The first install they used Safelite glass. They then replaced that glass with so called OEM glass. Today in learning that the glass is separating delaminating so I went to a new glass vendor to find out I have a super cheap non OME glass installed. After removal of the glass it was discovered gouging from the glass knife that cause major rust under the glass. Now I know where the water was getting into my car after several visits and hundreds of dollars to my dealership. I would highly recommend you find a different shop.Update 11/20/202 here is your record. I attached a pic of your guy installing the last non OEM cheep glass. Notice the Glass Doctor polo.. This was NO miscommunication!

Im very pleased with the timely, professional and friendly service i received. I called Glass Doctor and set up an appointment to come out and repair a gravel chip in my windshield. The tech called and reconfirmed the appointment and arrived right on time. Great service at a reasonable price.

Needed the glass replaced on a couple broken windows at our house. Was able to call and get a quote and they came out the following day. It was fantastic! Not sure how price comparison was because the 2 other companies I contacted never called back. But very happy with their quick service and quality.

I was just getting some information.their website was good.

The seals of two double pane windows on the second story of my residence failed resulting in condensation between the panes. The windows were unique in design, with arched glass and white window grids. I didnt know who to call, but reached out to Glass Doctor of KC. Darrell responded the same day and removed one of the panes to make an exact template of the window measurements, noting the grid dimensions and locations. A week later, I had exact replacement double pane windows expertly installed by Darrell with grid patterns to match the other windows on the front of my residence. I was very satisfied with the prompt response and expert installation on a difficult non-routine glass replacement job. Unfortunately, I found a 3rd window with a seal failure that I am having Glass Doctor of KC replace for me as well. I now know who I will call with any future glass replacement needs for home or auto.

I had a broken garage window and a small chip in my windshield. I hired Glass Doctor to repair both. The guy came, and replaced my window but left broken glass all over my garage. He also said that he patched the windshield and it wouldnt spread. 3 months later, the crack spread by 3 inches in 2 days. I called glass doctor and they said I had to replace my whole windshield. They took the 79 dollars I paid to repair it off the final bill but still charged me 225 dollars. They said the previous tech did bad work and was no longer with the company, but still make me pay to replace a windshield that I originally hired them to patch. Had they done the job correctly I wouldnt have needed to replace it. The techs that did the work were nice and professional and did a good job.

Terrible. I made an appointment in the morning for that afternoon. I was told that a technician would call 20 minutes prior to arrival. After I waited the entire afternoon with no call and no show, I called GD at 4:30 pm. They had basically totally forgotten me. Had I not called, nobody would have ever come out or followed up. Thanks, GD, for causing 5 hours of my day to be wasted sitting here waiting for your tech to show. I had nothing better to do. Actually, I did.The really funny thing is, the guy whom I spoke with when I called to inquire what was wrong asked if I wanted to reschedule for another day. Nope. I already wasted enough time for nothing.I really, really hate to leave negative reviews online, but this one is totally deserved.

Absolute terrible customer service. Quoted cheap price but wouldnt follow thru. Was told technician couldnt wait around for time of scheduled appointment! Going to Delete where they know the importance of quality service.

My family and I were staying at the Best Western in Lee Summit, MO when we woke up to our GMC being broken into. They shattered the passengers side glass along with multiple other vehicles in the lot. I called Glass Doctor at 07:30 and got an appointment scheduled for someone to come fix the glass that day. At 08:25 I received a call from a Glass Tech who stated he was on his way to pick up the glass for our truck and he would be there around 10:00. He was not only on time but so professional!!! His name was Ron Smith and let me tell you if you need glass replaced this man is the one to call on. He was efficient, professional and so on top of his game. Thank you so much Ron!!! My husband and I truly appreciated the wonderful job you did and will continue to do.

Glass Doctor completed same day vehicle window replacement and quoted me $100 less than a couple other competitors. They came to my office on a cold, rainy day on short notice and were cheap, efficient, and professional. Would use again and recommend to anyone in need of glass repair.

Only place in town that offered me same day service after my truck was broken into. On top of that they quoted me less time and were $100 cheaper than 4 other competitors i received quotes from. Customer Service was quick and to the point and Darrell got it all fixed without further damaging my truck. really pleased with my experience.

Overall great experience, called in the morning and my windshield was fixed that afternoon. The technician was friendly and courteous. Will definitely be using again!

Ghani was my technician and he went above and beyond! My car was broken into and my window was shattered when I was working at the night shift. I called Glass Doctor and they sent Ghani out, who was exceptionally accommodating of my schedule. When he came to my place of work, I had a meeting but he was able to work around that. At the end, he also vacuumed out all the broken glass out of my car, which was not in his job description, but he did it anyways. Ghanis customer service acumen and workmanship has left me with a smile on my face. Thank you!

Very shady. The guy wrote my CC number on his paper to run at the office later and then I had 6 fraudulent charges the same day, had to put a hold on that card!!!!On top of that the glass they put in the windshield is wavy--substandard glass if you ask me.Edit: After calling the company, they responded quickly to my concerns. They replaced the wavy glass. Still not sure about the card though.

This place is a joke. they gouged my trim trying to get the windshield out. Shattered the old windshield trying to get it out. scratched the hood of my truck by placing the shattered windshield on the hood of my truck. Left glue hand prints all over my truck. Glue smears on the sides of my fender from one guy wiping his hands on his pants and leaning against my truck. Left glass chips all over my dash and on the hood of my truck. Chipped up my antenna taking it off left it loose not tightening it back up. And my windshield is not centered left to right. They did come back and clean the handprints and glass after I complained however denied scratching my truck or the antenna. A week and a half after the windshield was poorly installed my rearview mirror fell off. The guys who installed it or not wearing uniforms look like they were fresh out of jail and had absolutely no business installing windshield. I would never use this company again even if they were free of cost. This was the independence location.

Gouged up both of the inside verticle sides of the windshield, all full of greasy handprints too, chipped the exerior paint on my car. Called and left message and no one ever calls you back. The guy that showed up looks nothing like the clean neat team on the website. I checked with the city of KC and they are not a licensed business. I thought I was getting a company from Kansas City but when I get my invoice it is from a company out of St Louis. Dont use this company.

Darrell & Ed at Glass Doctor took care of my windows for 20% less than other providers and showed up on time. They have my recommendation.
