I went to the store at 5:15pm, the stores lights were off but they were still inside stitching hats. They informed me they were closed but the sign on the door said they closed at 6pm. They don’t care at all about the job they are doing. The embroidery machine is complete trash.

This is a horrible store. Service is sh!t. The so called Manager is trash, No customer service skills at all. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She was very rude instore and when I called to resolve an issue over the phone, all she wanted to do is go back and forth. Then she passed me to someone else who was just as incompetent. She hung up on me. No resolution to the issue created on their behalf.

Purchased a hat for my boyfriend and got it embroidery and the guy at the counter said it’ll be ready in 20 minutes.. No big deal so I waited around. I go back in 30 minutes and the hat is still not done so I waited some more. After a hour I finally go in and he says the hat is going to take longer than expected. Again, fine no big deal. I have a couple of days so I can wait till I get it back. I gave him my number to call me when it was completed and 3 days later no call, and you can’t call them because the phone rings 1 and then hangs up on you. Finally called again the next day and “manager” answers rudely and says they been busy so orders were very delayed. Great I understand with Christmas right around the corner however if they would have said that in the first place versus saying it’ll be ready in 20 minutes then I would have expected to wait a couple of days. This place is a joke and staff is very professional and seem not to care. I’m sorry you hate your job!

Great shop, great selection. Had a hat made with some lettering across the front though. Not so good, there needs to be more training on lining these letters up.

Would not recommend coming here for stitching. Lady messed up my stitch and refused to stitch any other hat I wanted to stitch.

For Valentines Day my wife purchased for me a hat from this location. For several months I have been wanting a Dallas Cowboys black on black hat. When I tried it on it was a bit too big, so I asked her to return it.When she returned to this location it was pretty busy, and had to wait a few minutes. When she asked for the refund the young man behind the counter was very helpful. However, another employee came from across the room telling my wife that she could not return the hat because it was too worn out, (we had the hat for less than 24 hours). Now mind you, he is speaking very loudly and embarrassing his coworkers and my wife. He continued to speak down to my wife to the point that she just wanted to leave and not deal with it. She said the other employees looked as if they wished the ground would open and swallow them up.After verbally abusing my wife over the condition of the hat, he decided to issue the refund.I hope he feels better after putting a middle aged woman in her place in front of a store full of customers and his fellow employees. I love hats and have spent thousands of dollars at LIDS across the US. I swear I will never ever set foot in LIDS again as long as I live. I will also tell my friends and family of the deplorable way my wife was treated.Also the only reason you got one star is because it wouldnt let me give you zero.

Only place I could find Chiefs AFC West champs hats for the Chiefs lovers in my family for Christmas. They were $30, which I thought was a good price. Ive paid more. They also have really good sales throughout the year, like buy one get one half off, or buy 2 get 1 free. I get all the hats for the men in my family here. They have a good selection especially in adjustable hats. My husband and father-in-law dont like fitted hats.

Google has 10am listed as opening.... showed up at 10:30 and the employee said it opens at 11. The last 2 times Ive used this locations I have had issues with employees on personal phone calls and one time before that the guy left the store locked for a hour while he hung out and smoked cigarettes. Would definitely recommend a different location.

Love this location... I come enough that the employees remember Me and it helps make the experience a little better. The Manager is really knowledgeable about Hats as He is an Avid collector also.

Excellent selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff and surprisingly not crowded for the size of the store.

Incompetent employees and management. I ordered a hat to be shipped to this location. I received a call stating my order was there for pick up, when I showed up the next day my hat was no where to be found. I called customer service was told I would receive a call back, not once but twice, and over a week later im still waitung on said call. The store manager is not even competent enough to look at the cameras to see which employee is now enjoying my purchase. Instead the manager refunded my money WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST OR AUTHORIZE. Simply took the easiest route to wipe her hands regardless of the customers satisfaction. Terrible customer service. Would have given -stars if it was possible. And on top of that the lids locker room at the mall still has a closet of special order items that were received BEFORE CHRISTMAS (words spoken directly by store employee) that the customers had not even been notified. And a 10dollar gift card compensates for the employee and managers incompetence.
