Horrible customer service bought a plasma cutter from them for 2750.failure out the box there sending it in get fixed after I called hypertherm and they said if its within 90 days I should get a new one not my problem it doesnt work. They wont refund money and also told me they would call rmo get me new one. Hypertherm said most distributor will act stupid and send it to there guys to get fixed but I should get new one. Last time I buy anything from them.
