Recently had a flat on my motorcycle. They came to my office and took my bike to their shop. After a good discussion I decided to get two new tires. They sold me some nice Dunlop D404s. Good fair price and they did a great job on the work. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Love, love, LOVE this place, and the employees. They are the BEST. Having a bad day walk in there, they will have you smiling before you walk out. Guaranteed. Oh and not to mention they do great bike work and have amazing items to purchase for a decent price. This place couldnt get any better in my opinion.

I have been using Hub Cycle for a decade with walk in inspections! They are fast, friendly, and I have become friends with them over the years! Shout out to the team today! The cutoff is 5:30 and I showed RIGHT AT 530 with traffic after work! The team got me right in, got my inspection renewed and of course were happy to see me after so long! They always remember me! I ordered a seat for my bike back in May. They told me then it wouldnt be there till July due to the pandemic going on. I was very understanding and paid for my seat and had it ordered. July came and no seat. They told me it would be Aug when I called them. I called back in Aug. And they said it now says end of Oct. I called on the 28th of October. And still no seat. I went to store in Nov. And cancelled the order and got my money back. I have had several friends order seats from other places and they got theirs a long time ago. What the hell. I think she never actually ordered it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Picked up the HD from HUB Cycle today. Rides like a dream! ALL the fluids flushed, brakes - flushed and adjusted, front fork fluid flushed, they stopped the clunk shifting, throttle working great, and new tires, etc...Love this shop! They are one of best HD & foreign bike mechanics in our area. It’s the real deal! Great service, great people, great prices!

Went into Hub Cycles to get a blinker light for my 2015 Harley and the guy at the desk told me my Harley was basically a piece of junk they will not get no more of my business

Been a go to bike shop for years.

I personally had a horrible experience. I first brought my bike in after talking over the phone and them telling me they could get my bike worked on in about 12 days. When they called I was told they would have to order the parts and that the parts would have to be quarantined and it would take an additional 2-3 weeks to get here. (No big deal) After that time was up I called about once a week after that to check the status of my bike. Every week I was told it would be here the following week. Altogether my bike sat for 3 months with 0 work done. Finally I got fed up and tried to find the parts locally only to find that the parts were marked up 300% compared to local and the labor was 200 dollars more at hub cycle. After calling and telling them I no longer wanted to use their services I was told there was an 85 dollar estimate fee, which I disputed heavily. An estimate means nothing when you can’t actually do any work. I was basically told to get over it because that’s the way they do business. But miraculously when I came in angry they were able to cut the estimate (storage) fee in half. Which I still shouldn’t have paid because these fools didn’t disconnect my battery while it sat for three months and now the battery needs replaced. I probably should have seen a red flag when I had to teach the mechanic how to spell Edwards every time I called so he could find my file. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unacceptable and truly pathetic service. I took it to the Kawasaki shop on 23rd st. and they’re already working on it next day. Far better service from the start. No idea how this place has good reviews.

Ive been a customer at Hub Cycle for about 4 years and I have been happy the whole time. Ive had multiple items fixed and my maintenance done there with no problems. Overall the shop prices are about average and the store prices are a little better than average. The people are very cool and fun to be around. The bottom line is that this shop is as good as you can get and I appreciate there quality every time I stop in.

The Harley mechanic (Wes) does great work. Everyone there is very helpful. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Very affordable

Ive never had issues here. Ive brought many different types of Motorcycles. Sports and cruiser. They do work on all types. Theyre always reasonable and do a good job. Sometimes they maybe slow, but depending on when you put your bike in. Otherwise, theyre a good place for parts, gear and mechanic work.

Even if you dont have a motorcycle anymore, its a good place to drink coffee and reminisce about the good ol days. Just remember to donate to coffee fund.

Wes, the Mechanic on duty is a true master of any engine. I take all my work to Hub Cycle as I know My motorcycle will be fixed and safe when it leaves the shop. Very pleasant and quick turn around on the work. They have lots of parts and accessories on hand and can order whatever you need or want.

Full service repair facilities.HUB Cycle is also home base for several rides throughout the year. Every now and again they host a BBQ in the parking lot. How can you go wrong when BBQ is involved?Lets try to keep HUB Cycle working over the winter and busy throughout the summer. Stop by an introduce yourself. You wont be disappointed.

My first visit in 2006, I had regulator/stator/rectifier work done on an old bike of mine that was beyond my knowledge. No issues and fixed my problem.Have returned many times over the years since then for inspections, maintenance, and gear. Ive never once had an issue with service or repairs. Nice people, helpful and knowledgeable staff, decent hours, nice selection.Would recommend to anyone and will return.

I just picked up my 07 VStar 1100 from their service dept. They disassembled and cleaned the carbs, replaced the O-rings, put in a new fuel filter, and drained some bad fuel from the tank. It runs like a dream now! They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for any service you may need on your bike. They have a nice selection of accessories and parts as well. Kudos!

A bit on the high $ide for parts, but probably the best bike mechanic in the state.

I have been going to Hub Cycle for years. First I had a Kawasaki Vulcan and now an Harley StreetGlide. Regardless, this is the best place to go for parts, accessories and repairs. They have an attitude like they ride! They are not the commercial store/shop people. They are just bikers like me and my friends. I trust them, emphatically.

Its nice little motorcycle shop where you can get work done on your bike it more reasonable than a Harley Davidson shops I have been there a few times in the last 20-25 years
