I went to get my catalytic converter repaired after someone tried to steal it. Thank goodness that they were unsuccessful. But I needed it welded back. I brought it here. Not only did they fix it in a timely manner. They did it for no charge. Which was such a blessing.The service was very fast, and professional. They also resolved my issue quickly. The staff were very nice and friendly as well. I would definitely go back and refer them as well.

So about a year and a have ago I bought a truck that needed work and I had everything fix and that included some muffler work which was the last thing I did and I saw that they did state inspections and made an appointment to have that done. I took it in and passed with flying colors! When I went to the DMV they would only license it until this September which was only five months…. So now I need to get it Inspected again and it didn’t pass. Said that the steering was bad and power steering pump was leaking and so on, about 2100 dollars to fix! To me, it sounded like Business is slow and wanted to make it up on me! User beware…. Will not go back!

This is the place to go if you need a muffler or exhaust fixed! They only do walk ins and I was told it would be about 15 minutes but I only had to wait for 5 until they took my car back to look at it. They showed me what was wrong and what all needed to be done and told me the price, which was a very good deal, and they had me up and running again in less than an hour! Great place, great service, great prices! Definitely go to this place, you wont regret it!

I am a first time customer, and will most be a customer for the long haul. I arrived right at their opening time. Within a minute or less, they had the car in the shop. Five minutes into it all, they took me out to the vehicle and showed me what the issue was, two flex pipes that needed to be replaced, left side, far worse than the right. Once they quoted me a price, they got to work. All in all, I was out the door with a much quieter vehicle, in less than an hour.10 out of ten, would most definitely recommend, and I will refer all my friends to this company!

Someone had tried to steal the catalytic converter from my car. The mechanic showed me and explained to me what had happened. It was fixed and I was out of there in 15-20 minutes. It was also less expensive then other quotes I had gotten over the phone.Thank you Al.

Benny and the guys here are awesome. They deserve 10 stars. Always honest and fair. Some shops will try to oversell you on things you really don’t need. But Benny will tell you honestly “yeah, you really don’t need to do that right now. I’d save my money.” I’ve been going here for 10+ years. Even though we have moved almost an hour away, I will continue to do business here.

I took my Grand Prix GTP in to get the flex plate on the exhaust fixed and they also found a melted catalytic converter. Im glad they were paying attention and caught it or I would have killed the motor in my car. The customer service was amazing and my car was finished very quickly. I was informed and showed all the faulty parts before anything was done. My car is so quiet now, I have to rev it up to make sure its still running! Great guys that definitely know their stuff! Prices here are comparable to other places. I definitely recommend!

I took my vehicle in there for an estimate on a Catalytic Converter. I wasy vehicle has 2, in front and 1 in back. My back one was the bad and that was a good thing because if it had been the front one it would be more costly because it was hard too get to. I said good only have to replace one then. Oh no, I was told they both had to be replaced! What but only 1 is bad! Still said both had to be replaced.I will never go back in there or recommend them to anyone. Beware ladies, I think they like to believe we dont know anything about our vehicles.

Had taken our vehicle to Certified Transmission. When they did the diagnostic, they stated that it was most likely a catalytic converter issue.They referred us to Budget. Donnie not only informed us of what the problem may be, but kept us informed on what he was doing and why.Also found the parts and labor to be very reasonable.

They could have easily over charged me, for my simple muffler fix. However they charged a fair, affordable price, for my repair and I was in and out. My car failed state inspection because of the catalytic converter. The inspector sent me to Budget Muffler. Their customer service was excellent! They got me in right away. They quoted me a price and charged me just that. One of the mechanics brought me out and showed me the converter and what was wrong. He showed me the finish work too. And they were so quick.
