Angel at this location is wonderful....so patient and kind. Went above in customer service. I did not purchase phone there and he still helped me with activation. He helped me learn all the features on phone and even helped with my vehicle connection. I stopped back in several times and he was always so sweet about helping me over and over again.

This location is always very helpful with any issues you may have. Replacing your phone or your account. They have always been very pleasant to work with. Even with tech understanding concerning just being an older user or whatever. My wife and I always appreciate their great service! We will remain loyal customers into the future! I would give them a zero but that is not an option. I will never purchase a phone here again. I purchased an IPhone 11 on Sep 25, from Jameson. Was promised a $200 trade in for my old IPhone 7, starting in 2 months. Now it is March 27, and I still have not received any of my $200. Main Verizon says if I want to pay $36 more per month, they will upgrade my plan (that I don’t need) and refund the $200. Otherwise I have to deal with local Eau Gallie store. Local Eau Gallie store keeps making promises, but still no results. Additionally, the manager Andrew, is not returning my calls. I have put in about 5 hours of my time so far. Between calls to store, calls to Main Verizon, and a few trips to the store. So, I guess the only thing to do is tell everyone to never buy a phone from this establishment again.

I recently visited the Verizon store to solve a simple problem pertaining to a tablet that I was passing along to my grandson. The Verizon representative, Ashley, graciously assisted me. Once the issue with the tablet was resolved Ashley asked about my own cell phone. Upon checking my record, this astute representative noticed that my contract was due to expire shortly, and a promotion applied to my phone and service.Not only do I now have an upgraded phone, Ashley cheerfully and kindly helped this senior with the necessary learning curve on this amazing new device. This representative for Verizon is knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate. For a customer who is not particularly tech-savvy, Ashley made this transaction actually pleasurable!

I bought a new Verizon Galaxy S10 6 months ago. The salesman at Verizon located on Eau Gallie in Indian Harbour Beach Fl, sold me on the liquid glass protector Qmadix. He swore it was the best and that my phone would be protected against scratches and breakage. I even had the rep at Verizon apply it for me. However, here it is 6 months later and my phone has several scratches. Keep in mind, that I am extremely careful with my phones...it is never exposed to anything sharp. I had a Galaxy S5 for years before I upgraded and only used a standard screen protector and to this day it still does not have any scratches (I still have the phone). Anyway, I took my Galaxy S10 into Verizon and was told that the only recourse I have is to file a claim against the manufacturer of the liquid screen protector and they would reimburse me up to $250.00 AFTER I get a new screen, which I would have to pay for up front out of my own pocket. He recommended I take to the I Fix it store by Publix in Indian Harbour Beach...which I did. I was told that the screen could be replaced but it is extremely difficult to do and it may not work correctly afterwards. So, the moral of the story is...DO NOT LET VERIZON SELL YOU ON ANY LIQUID SCREEN PROTECTOR. USE A STANDARD SCREEN PROTECTOR!!!

Just needed my screen protector replaced in store as its under warranty. I go in, the guy doesnt know how to do it, and instead of admitting it, he sticks it on. Not following any of the instructions or using any of the provided tools in the box. Midway through, he tried to pitch another protector to me. When I say no he goes back to another table and I guess gets help to try to figure it out? I end up having to call the big Verizon store to walk him through it, but he got frustrated and the regular store said I should just go there instead since he couldnt figure it out. I hang up, the rep here calls the other one a d*ckhead, and puts all my stuff in the bag and says nothing so I leave. What should have taken 10 minutes resulted in me sitting here for 30 minutes, then driving 20 to other store, them redoing it, then 20 minutes back home. If the rep here had been honest when I walked in I wouldnt be half as upset and could have driven to the other store another day. Big waste of my time, rude, and VERY unprofessional wont be back.

I came into this store location to get a phone set up that my boyfriend had given me. My sales agent was very patient with transferring all of my data. She answered all my questions about the new phone with a smile on her face. He also mentioned the limited time offer from LG for a free extra battery, charging port, and larger storage chip. That package is now on the way.
