Beautiful Furniture but be very wary of the customer service. The owner talked very poorly about others, out loud, in the store, every time I went in there and then I had a problem with a piece of furniture. Tried for over 2-3 weeks to contact anyone at this establishment to discuss my options, to no avail. Multiple Messages left on the phone, the website and Facebook to please return a call. Went to the store multiple times to find it closed. Even left a note taped to the door of the business. Not a single response. If you want to buy from someone who treats the customer like, well the customer, go somewhere else to buy your furniture. This is not the place. FYI, she also just opened a new store in Viera. Buyer beware.

TERRIBLE experience. Purchased a $2400 chair and when it was delivered it was the wrong one. I called and told her that I was not accepting it and she said no, no...it was my mistake and you can keep that until your new one comes in. I told her I would keep the tags on and she said not necessary...but I did. That was 5 months ago. I call and call and call and leave messages. Store closed but I noticed she opened as DESIGN TRANSFORMATIONS. I also leave messages weekly there with no response. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOUR ITEM IS DELIVERED!!! Now I have a chair that I dont want. I now see a third name for her business. JVANOVERANDCO.If Joan or Andrew Vanover are the owners, I wouldnt use them! If you do, pay when the item is delivered!

I just love this store. I Furnished everything in my dining and family room .They have everything from casual chic farmhouse and coastal decor. The quality of the furniture is amazing and the price was good. Joanie the owner was just wonderful and Listen to all my needs. We will definitely be back to see Joanie when we need furniture or decor.

Cannot say enough great things about Joanie and her team!! After searching SEVERAL furniture stores throughout central Florida... I walked right in and she had exactly what I wanted! With their design expertise, access to exclusive inventory, the options are endless! When my sofa arrived damaged due to a rainy day delivery mishap.. Joanie was prompt in finding an immediate solution! Go see them! You will NOT regret it!

Love the store and the quality of the furniture and fabrics. Every time I go in I see something new to catch my eye. Working with the decorator was simple and easy. Joanie seems to innately know my style and preferred colors. She was able to make my house flow from room to room keeping many of my old pieces (even when I was willing to change).

Everything in Joanies store is beautiful and stylish. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. A lot of one of a kind pieces.

Horrible experience here. Sending prayers for the young girl who works here for her mother who chewed her out yesterday in front of customers. Also praying the mother finds peace from God and will discover that love is better than anger. 🙏😔

Store is nice but over priced. I went there 3 times during business hours and they were only open one time. Wasted trips .
