These people will not communicate with you. It took 8 weeks to get paid after the estate sale when I was told it would just be enough time for the credit cards to clear. After they took my stuff to their consignment store. I was supposed to get a reconciliation in May and a payment on what has sold from Feb -May. It is now October. I still havent received either and now zero communication for 4 weeks. I called corporate and left a message since no one was answering and no callback. Do not do business with this company. I am a widow who was emptying a home and was told no problem they could handle everything. What should have been a low stress experience has given me more stress than planning my husbands funeral. I have health issues and this experience has exasperated them.

I am the administrator of my late aunts estate. I signed on with Jatana Dibler to consign her collectibles. I live in Raleigh and needed someone local to the Charlotte area to handle the sale. I signed a contract that was to be completed by March. I and my estate lawyer have reached out repeatedly to attempt to collect the inventory of what was sold, determine pick up for what remains, and close out the contract. For months all I have gotten was Well have it for you next week. I have called every number associated with this location and gotten voicemails that are full. I just now got someone one the phone who is stationed in New Jersey, who said that they would pass my message along. I am posting this review, in part, to get a response and finally close this process.Do not recommend selling with this company.

I absolutely loved shopping here and they really took care of me at this estate sale! I am now going to recommend to all my friends- we buy at estate sales and bring these beautiful things to Africa ! Great estate sales.

These people are so nice ! There was an antique lamps that I wanted to buy, I wasn’t able to get down there for a week to get it and was scared to give my Credit card over the phone due to prior fraud. They held onto the lamp without even paying and waited for me to come a week later to pick it up. I know that they did not have to do that because I’m sure with all the people coming to their antique store in Indian Trail that they probably could’ve sold it however these nice people hold onto it for me. I found out that they do estate sales and I can’t wait to start shopping at their sales as well. I love estate sales and I can’t wait to see how these people handle themselves since they were so nice about holding onto that lamp for me. I love my lamps by the way and they were such cute antiquities in the store.

We always have a wonderful experience at their estate sales. The customer service is wonderful, Andrea has been fantastic at answering questions and helping us out every time. There are great products and great prices.We highly recommend!!

I attended their estate sale yesterday and the man who helped me was really nice. I was looking to fill my apartment with some furniture since I just moved here and One of my friends suggested that I should check an Estate sale. I thought it was a sale that would be above my means because of the way they describe them. Thankfully the man explained to me that a estate sales are for everyone and that I was able to buy furniture at a great price. This company is amazing I will definitely be attending their Charlotte estate sales from now on

This company knows how to put on a great sale!!! Always organized, very professional. Andrea is amazing, very friendly and really has alot of knowledge about what she sells. Unfortunately, as a seller, we Did not have a good experience. There was supposed to be a two day set up where pricing was to be done Prior to the sale and that never happened. We had quite a bit of furniture, antiques, oriental rugs, and expensive items, vintage clothing, antique lamps, China, and many household items as well as newly boxed items To sell in a fully open house from which to display.When we met Andrea, I was very impressed with her and her credentials. She shared what they would do and said that they would take two days to set up, and would actually investigate quite a bit of the vintage items to make sure that they got a fair price. None of that happened.A neighbor happen to visit early in the morning, and told me that there were no items priced at all, and that you had to go to the driveway and she would basically give a price. And example for one piece of furniture that was extremely expensive was that she would start at $800 which I thought was a little high but told her that I wanted to not give it away but to do a fair job and she said that she was a great negotiator. I felt confident! Needless to say when I receive the check for Approximately $1200 for everything, I was Shot, upset, and disappointed. A large majority of the items that were supposed to be sold we’re not even listed and these were large items that didn’t need to be overlooked. I understand that small items can’t be written down, but large items such as antique credenzas, China cabinets, oriental rugs, and the like, certainly could’ve been recorded. Those were not only not recorded, they were not included in what was tallied as sold.I was told that the second day would be “half price, but that didn’t happen because there was nothing priced. Anything left over was left in the home and nothing was priced so I know what I was told from neighbors, was true. I ask about it and she evaded and avoided the answering. I finally had to call about a check and she said that everythinghad to go to corporate in New Jersey and that they would be sending me a check. I was surprised to find a check in the mail that was postmarked Indian Trail. I called what seem to be their corporate office in New Jersey and was told that actually Indian trail was the office for the estate sale portion of the company. I feel that I was very much taken advantage of and even if they had sold things for what I would consider a bad price. If they’d at least recorded and documented, I would’ve known that they had done their job at least properly.I could’ve stood in the driveway myself and had nothing priced and done this much myself and I’m sure commanded a better price. Everything was left in the boxes with the exception of three small tables. I’m embarrassed and disappointed, not to mention upset and angry with her and myself at being taken by someone who seemEd to be on the up and up.I’ve been to other sales and there are some wonderful companies out there. This is one I would say steer clear of.

Great experience working with this Estate Sale company as a seller. I wanted to liquidate everything at my second home so that I could rent it out and I couldnt be more happier. It was stress-free and I came out with more of a profit than I expected!

I contacted Estate Sales By Jonesy back in December after the loss of my mother and was treated with the upmost respect. I met with Andrea and she was very accommodating and polite. She put her crew together and they worked diligently to make sure everything was professional and that I could get the most of what we had to sell. I can sign my stuff at this novelty store and they did such an amazing job selling it that I had to leave a review and let everybody know that this is why far the best novelty store in North Carolina. I have worked with several novelty stores before that did consign merchandise for me and this one Takes the Cake. They also have amazing antiques and collectibles there, if youre in Indian Trail you should come check it out.

I just moved to Charlotte and I needed to furnish my apartment, a friend of mine told me that I should check out a Charlotte estate sales and I decided to go to one for the first time. Prior to coming to estate sales by Jonesey I wound up at a different estate sale companies sale and I did not have a great experience there. Because it was my first time I felt like the people at the estate sale company were trying to take advantage of the fact that I did not have prior knowledge of shopping these types of sales. After someone at that estate sale that was attending as a customer saw my frustrations they directed me to this estate sales by Jonesey company and I decided to give it one more shot. I wanted to stop by and say thank you for being a reputable and genuinely fair company. I was able to furnish my apartment from the stuff I found at this sale. I’m a college student and not just yet working here, so grateful is an understatements I just wanted to say thanks for the help guys and taking good care of me.

I frequent the state sales all the time while Im home in New York. I love the hidden gems and antiques that Im able to find at these places. While I was down in North Carolina this weekend I decided to go check out and estate sale because I seen signs near where I was staying, Im glad I did. I met the owner of the company while.i.was shopping and he was a really nice guy, seemed to know a hell of a lot about the estate sale industry and antiques. It was a such a pleasure conversating with him. I found a few really nice antiques that I purched for a great price. I also found out that thier company doesnt just do estate sales in Charlotte, but they do estate sales in NY as well. I will be keeping an out out for that text message I signed up for, Im definitely going to the NY estate sales!

Tacky. Bad organization. Sold items too low. Sold items that were not for sale. Cant be trusted sold personal items. Let people in my closet. Sold half my clothes. ( was not in the sale) One jacket never wore. Price $90. Sale last week end, havent hear from owners. Have items of mine to return. No money. Nothing. Research this group.
