So recently I purchased a Whirlpool Washer and Dryer from Re-Appliance. This is not the first time either. I first bought from Rich back in 2011 when my wife and I bought our first house. He furnished our entire kitchen appliances. Once we built our new house we used him again for a washer and dryer set for our rental property. Since then I have referred family and friends to Re-Appliance to see Rich.Fast forward to 2020! Needed a set of washer and dryer for another rental property. Not only did Rich find me the model I was looking for, but kept me in the price range I wanted. Rich came over to the house and completed the install while I wasn’t home, let use garage since washer/dryer were just inside the door in the kitchen. Rich messages me as soon and the install was complete. He let me know that both units worked however the dryer stop working due to a blockage error. He told probably blockage in the vent leading outside. He gave me the name if Dryer agent Wizard to call and get it checked out.So I called and sure enough halfway through the vent was a blockage. They were able to clear out the dryer vent with no issues. I notified Rich that day and he was out to my place within 24 hours to put in a new fuse. Sure enough dryer worked immediately. I was desperate for a washer and dryer one that fits in my tiny apartment . I told the owner and he jumped right on it. The day I discovered the store it was closed but I called the number anyways. He didn’t hesitate to come in and meet with me ...even on a Sunday! How awesome.. my washer and dryer is recycled and it works as it were brand new every feature works and he did an amazing job all by himself. He delivered them stacked them and made sure the machine was working well before he left. he even checked in to make sure they were running properly. He was down to earth and at no point did he make me feel u comfortable. They really go great lengths to make sure customers are satisfied I give this place 5 stars. Oh must I mention how cheap they were! I’m glad I called!

Ritch was a tremendous help to me when my very old range decided to finally give out for good. My budget was very limited but I wanted to buy a newer range in excellent condition with a few of the bells and whistles that my old range didn’t have. He got me out the door with an amazingly beautiful and clean glass top GE range with dual burners, a warming zone, precise baking temperatures, a self cleaning option, and a digital clock with delivery within one mile of downtown Charlotte for way under $400! I highly recommend Re-Appliance! Heres my story about what great customer service you will receive from Ritch. My washer finally gave out and needed to be replaced. I called Re-Appliance and spoke to Ritch. I told him what I was looking for and was told he had one in stock. When we arrived at his store, we were led to a small room in the back. There sat the washer already filled with water. He hit the start button and the washer started swishing the water like crazy. I was sold and so happy to have found a washer I truly wanted. We clean dryer vents as well as part of our services offered. I had used a special brush to attempt to get the built up lint in the bottom of the dryer under the lint screen. The lint was so compressed that my brush broke inside that area. I wasnt sure how to disassemble that part of the dryer to remove my tool. I went by the re appliance store and showed the owner a picture of the dryer, he then walked me back to the same type of dryer and walked me through the process step by step. This took him about 15 -20 minutes of his time and he seemed glad to help. I was then able to return to my clients home and retrieve my brush and remove all that built up lint.
