Friendly staff & customer service!! We purchase shirts from them for screen printing often & they are always so nice to work with!!

Drove in from a little under two hours to pick up some last minute shirts. I am thankful we found this company. I called this morning and was walking through exactly what I needed to do. I arrived and walked up to be welcomed and handed my order in less than 2 min (probably really a minute). Having such great customer service and inventory - doesn’t make me mind driving. Thank you guys!

Will not sell to you if you dont have a Tax Id for a screen print or Embroidery company. which is understandable until I went to there web site and seen the main log was Imprintable sportswear for everyone They should rethink that statement EVERYONE WITH A TAX ID FOR A EMBROIDERY OR SCREEN PRINT COMPANY. Which we own a company and I offered to use our Tax Id for it and she said she couldnt take it.

Carolina Made has been the best company that I have ever worked with. I have been in the Apparel business for over 20 years and I have also been in Screen printing and Embroidery for 16 years. They go over and beyond to satisfy their customers. Their customer service is on point. Their warehouse workers do a great job as well. Thanks for all you do.

Nice staff at front and at pick up gate, on line ordering is good. I have an issue with items that are not local, often shipping cost more than the item and this needs to be fixed. One of your competitors offers ship to fedex store for a flat 4.99. Also CM should have an option where we can pick up locally if the item needs to be shipped from Eden or other locations.

In regards to the comment specifically naming me - Im sorry you felt the need to make this a personal mission for you to slander my name and that of the wonderful company my dad has spent his life building. We treat customers with respect and own our mistakes. I didnt blame UPS; I simply gave another reason for the issue we were discussing. Horrible customer service and packaging of products. Weve repeatedly asked that our items be shipped in boxes, not bags. Trigg Cherry, family member of the owner and vice president, likes to blame UPS. Please feel free to contact us for the email exchange we had w/Carolina Made where Mr. Cherry accuses us of avoiding his phone calls. Absolutely unbelievable. We chose to email him for this exact reason...so that we would have proper documentation of our exchange, as they ALWAYS make excuses for the damaged products, and blame the shipper. Our 6lbs. of products arrived in a torn bag, dirty and unusable. We requested a call tag for the damaged merchandise (1 piece was damaged) and his response? Just keep the item because it would cost more to get it back than its worth What about the fact that we now have a damaged item we can not use? Why would we want to keep it? Weve had this issue w Carolina Made since 2014, which is why we ceased using them. Weve called numerous times & asked that our account be flagged to ship only in boxes. We gave them one more shot & this is how it turned out. We dont have time for such nonsense and will no longer use them. Buyer beware!

I called to ask for a price because I own a brand...The customer service representative wouldnt sell to me because he said I had to order through a screen printer or someone in the industry. So Im about ready to spend $5000.00 with another company...Thank you ! If I hadnt had such a bad experience over the phone with you I would never have found the deal I just found!!!
