The Indiana, PA Giant Eagle is very customer driven. The employees are always willing to assist shoppers and the store is very neat and clean. The deli case is well stocked with delicious selections made with top quality ingredients. Shelves are always well stocked with ample variety. Their produce is always top quality. If you dont see what your looking for just ask an employee and they will do their best to help. Their bakery items are made fresh daily. Shopping at this store is a essential experience.

I always love Giant eagle but lately you cant get a cart to ride . There is never enough. I think you should shoe your handicap card to ride them. Im 65 and can hardly ever get a cart to ride to help me shop. But I love the store. Veggies look so fresh and so does the fruit. I love the 5 for 19.99 to. Fresh meat and good deal for sure.

Good as always but I wish this had even more of a selection of pre-packaged meat like the bologna and ham rather than the simple selection of its same as my other local giant eagle. but still a good place to get different foods

I like the beer and fresh meal selection. Good deals on meat sometimes. They lose a star for the horrendously loud self-checkout terminals. No obvious way to mute them. Seriously, fix that. I leave infuriated every time, I dont need that thing screaming at me to scan items and the price of everything I buy.

The people who work here are pretty friendly. If Im using the kind of self check out that has the belt (or whatever its called), someone usually will come over & help bag, which is nice. Our family likes their fried chicken, & their pistachio muffins, & their bagles. Ive used their dry cleaning service in the past & it always worked good.

Employees are very congenial and making the best out of the Covid issues.

While a little pricey at times (as most GEs are), this Giant Eagle has a great selection of items from bakery items to frozen foods. Also, this store is nice & clean.

Very friendly cashiers. We have got to know a lot of the workers by their first name and they know what we want no matter what department.

We really enjoy coming to this Giant Eagle. The parking lot can be a bit crazy sometimes.

So happy to see Giant Eagle doing a great job of CoVID prep. One way entrance and exit. Signs for social distancing all over. Requiring masks and the majority of the people were following that. People at the door wiping off the carts. Nice to see. Although they did have Knights of Columbus at the front collecting for food banks, and none of them had masks on. Love the selection in the beer section.

Courteous staff an excellent quality meat.

Unclean for sure. Walked pasted the bakery and saw an employee put icing on cookies with their bare hands.

Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to help me with the self check out line thats just wrong

I will not give giant eagle my business ever again. It is a violation of your rites to have a store force u to wear a mask against your will. There is no law that states u must wear a mask and weather its store policy or not they cannot force u to do so. Giant eagle will never have my business again and I will be in touch with someone about a future lawsuit over this incident. I recommend everyone support their local small businesses who doesnt violate their rights

Way bigger and a larger variety than I expected. The staff was nice and very helpful! Clean and very well laid our for being able to see what you are looking for.

My son who can not wear a mask diue to medical condition was kicked out when he went to pick up his oldest daughters cake and order his youngest daughters cake will not support a store that violates medical conditions for mask

This store is always clean; including the restrooms. Good sales and the fuel perks are great. I love the curbside pickup and the Pharmacy drive thur;I am handicap and dont always feel up to going inside to do my shopping. Thank You Giant Eagle Staff....

Had a very enjoyable shopping trip. My cashier was beyond nice and very personable. I was able to find the items I needed and could also hear another cashier going out of his way to find an item for another customer. Clean and organized.

Store is clean. Shelves are kept stocked. GREAT people in the Pharmacy! Can order food if you want larger quantities. Only problem is in self checkout lanes. I consistantly have to take items back out of the bag or off the conveyer because the weight did not calculate right or i was going to fast.

Prices are much higher than other nearby grocery stores, but they have a bigger variety of products.

I am not impressed with cleanliness especially with where the eggs are...I took pictures, there is mold covered cardboard right behind where they stock them, disgusting...I will not be purchasing eggs from them for a long, long time. Yes for the most part the place is clean but Mold by food is not safe

Friday night I was on break from the hospital and went to your store in Indiana pa to get a birthday cake for a fellow co-worker it was about 930 PM the manager decorated the cake and help me pick it out in time for me to get back from my break the extra effort was astonishing. She made the extra effort to make sure I was not late. Many thanks to her . It is really nice that people in big cooperation can still give the individual attention

They carry a particular cereal that I LOVE, Kashi Cinnamon Krisp. When calling this morning the Kashi was out but through Jeffrey, i may be able to have a special order made for me! They are not consistent with the quality of their food on the hot food bar. I come here for lunch often and sometimes it is very good, other days it is not good at all. Salad bar needs maintained better they run out of things and don’t refill (they don’t pay attention), the chicken is gross and seems old often (has a funny smell sometimes too), same with the lettuce (brown and just weird tasting) The gravy on the hot food bar was nearly black and gross looking instead of the light brown it usually is.. everything looked really gross today honestly. The food bar is going down hill. Very disappointed. Get better workers to maintain. People rely on this food for lunches.

I went to Giant Eagle today to pick up a prescription and I also got a flu shot, very convenient. I also got a few groceries while I was there. I go to this Giant Eagle because I get my prescriptions filled so I get money either off my gas or groceries. For getting a flu shot here, $5.00 will be loaded on my Giant Eagle card.

This is a very large and beautiful Giant Eagle market. It is very clean and all products are neatly displayed. The produce and all other fresh food areas are just wonderful and the selection is exceptional. I will definitely return!
