Northern Tool has the best value going BAR NONE! Prices are quite competitive and customer service is Outstanding!! I shop Northern Tool first before I would even consider the other guys!

Bought a product advertised as universal. Turns out it would not work for my application at all. I contacted about a return and was told I would have to pay to return ship (heavy item) and pay a 15% restocking fee! OR they suggested I try and sell it on Facbook or Craigslist! Pathetic customer service.DO NOT PUCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Last few trips there the employees went up and beyond trying to help me find the right fittings for my pump and other tools I needed. Last trip the cashier named Austin seen my oldest boy who’s special needs was wanting a toy. I told him no and to ask Santa since him and his brother are spoiled most days. I went in to ask a question after we had already walked out and Austin asked if he could buy both my boys the toys they wanted. At first I was hesitant but after seeing how he really wanted to I decided in the world today we need as much happiness and kind people as possible why hinder it. Kudos to you Austin for being genuine and spreading good spirits.

Northern has a vast selection of power tools, hand tools, even auto-shop equipment. I was surprised they didnt have enough much in the way of woodworking tools or fasteners though. It really seemed to me this was more for contractors than individuals, its practically a one-stop shop for a work site.

A whole lot of tools but none of the staff seems to know anyting and there was no service personnel on staff to assist with questions some of the prices are a little high but good choices

Good morning I was just at your Northern tool location on South Emerson it was a terrible experience Im not greeted by the greeters coming in the door looking for tools that was an employee on the phone not concerned with our needs my nephew was asking me where parts were as if I worked at Northern tool it was his first time as well as my and I say it will be my only time.I am leaving one star because there was a young lady at the counter that acknowledged us on our way out the door

I still find that many people do not know about NT and how great the store is in Beech Grove. To me it is like having a little bit of the old Sears Hardware combined with Tractor Supply, Topped with Menards.

It’s kind of a slightly cooler TSC.I own a small manufacturing business and the extent of things they offer for me are cleaning supplies and maybe a pallet jack. Still cool but I can’t see buying any blast media or anything here when IDS is up the street. Was hoping for machining coolant and maybe some general tooling stuff.

Its a nice mix of a big box store and Harbor Freight. They offer cheap items in some areas, but name brands in others. Theres also a wide variety of tools, as one would expect with Tool being in the name.

Have an older pressure washer that required service. Their service department had it running in just a couple of days. The employees incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. Customer service seems to be a priority.
