Always extremely slow been to facilities in oh, mi, in never in a hurry to unload, no overnight parking.

I have been using Alro for a good while now. Im over an hour away but almost always can get it delivered to me the next day. they mainly deal in volume, so if you just need a couple of small pieces, it can be pricey, but the more you get, the cheaper it is, and the price goes down quick. that seems to be the issue with the negative reviews here. I started using them because no one local could do what I needed done.

Great supplier. Easy to work with... their telephone sales staff understand what I need even when I may not have the exact technical description. Been doing business with them for years.

The guys from the nightshift are really nice with the truck drivers, but if you are delivering metal sheet dont even show up during day time, they only receive after 11:00pm. By the way dont go inside if youre not wearing helmet and safety glasses

Top notch service. More pricey on some materials than other shops but the same day/next day service is outstanding! The quality far surpassed that of the other steel shops weve uses in the past.

Micheal Hill is a kiss ass supervisor at alro steel. His review is not a true accurate customer review. Alro provides good service and good customer service at a premium price.

Way overpriced! Very much found out the hard way. There are multiple vendors for metal And they charge nearly 3 times as much. You order a few small cuts they charge you for a entire sheet. Almost 80 dollars for 2 4×6 3/8 steel. Ill never buy from them ever again. I dont see how they stay a float with all the competition in the area and most of all how much they charge for steel prices.

Rudest people ive ever talked to in the phone. Not only that wanted to charge me $82 for 2 3 1/2 pieces of 1 1/4 of round barstock. Then told me i was wasting their time. What a Joke

Overpriced material, Usually damaged, scratched, and not very well taken care of because of the mass amount of steel vs the employee count.employees can only do so much and work 10-12 hours a day at a pace ofcarelessness to get jobs done which means damaged material, injuries, andalarming rates of bonuses for everyone but the ones doing the 8th mostdangerous job in the world. Get some respect management, and stop telling on your co workers . Town Clowns.

Dont waste your time. Ordered some tube and come to pick it up at a prearranged time and was told that it wouldnt be here till later because they forgot to order. Glad I wasted my time, horrible customer service. Should have stuck with the small guys.

Use them weekly, never had an issue.

Rating based on price, they quoted me about twice the price of everyone else.

These people are very very slow, pack a lunch before you come in.
