Wow. Just a lot of cute little shops with a LOT of unique things. Found some wonder gifts and somethings for myself! The aesthetic of the building matches how you feel about an antique market. It’s old but you’ll find some amazing things and I’ll vouch for that. If you like any antiques you’ll truly enjoy this location. I will say this is nothing a place for a quick trip the first time! There is a lot so make sure to see everything!

Amazing variety of vintage, antiques, decor...just an incredible amount of cool stuff in the old Midland Sash & Door INC building. It’s full...not a lot of empty vendor spaces. Prices are in line with other vintage/antique stores in the area. Definitely worth the stop. I could’ve spent a few hours and a bunch of $$$ here for sure! 🤣Plenty of parking. There’s at least three restrooms in the building.

Midland is the love of my life. The staff are wonderful and always happy to help. I go there at least once a week and have never had a negative experience. There are many booths and many sellers, so let’s not rate them low for high prices, because obviously that’s up to each seller and that would be pretty dumb. 🙏

Wow! This place is awesome. This is a place like you see on the big DIY shows. An eclectic mix of items. You will walk out with something. If you need anything for your home or rehab or staging your house this is the place. Even the old factory it is in adds to the experience. Great way to spend an afternoon.

Could easily spend an entire day in this multi floor warehouse building looking at all the great finds. Some of the pricing is way out of the ballpark on items (someone has been watching too much American pickers or antique roadshow them picking up a price gun) but you can find some diamonds in the rough.

Simply awesome... this was the real deal. Vast selection of true antiques mixed with vintage items (but I emphasize NOT junk) in an inspiring industrial, warehouse setting. Surprisingly good selection of mid-century, too. It’s a large space, but not overwhelming, but with so much to see you definitely want to give yourself a few hours if you’re intently looking. (Took me about 3 hours going slowly.) The best thing is that pricing wasn’t astronomical (I guess I expected that especially being in the city), but seemed relatively fair compared to other antique stores/malls I’ve visited. Staff was super friendly and carefully wrapped and packaged every individual item without asking... just real pros! Note there’s plenty of free parking in a lot right in front of the building, but look for the sign with the arrow pointing in. (My GPS found it easily.) Absolutely worth the 2 hour drive for me, and I plan to start making regular visits.

I have always been interested in old and abandoned buildings, so when I saw that Midland is in an old factory, I knew I had to go. After that first visit, Ive been back at least a couple times each month. The infrastructure is amazing and there are so many cool booths. Pricing varies from booth to booth, but I have found many items that I have been looking for, and I have found items I strive to get when I have the money saved up. Midland can easily be an all day trip. The place is expansive! I hope they eventually open up the higher floors for customers, because right right now only the first and second floors are accessible.

This amazing antiques mall has been around for years! I had the opportunity to stop by today and I was amazed at such a huge selection of all kinds of antiques that are there. It has to be 10k sq ft of vintage awesomeness in one place. I was so inspired by the contemporary vintage pieces there. It is definetely worth the visit, there is no telling what kinds of treasures you can find there! Visit Connie Samreen for a full video with extra pics from visit! I will be back!

Staff here was incredibly nice and the place is huge. The prices are a bit all over the place because all the booths are rented by different sellers, so what you find in one booth may be cheaper in another booth. Still if I hadnt just been passing through town for work I would have bought way more then I did. This place is awesome and I will certainly be back.

I have never felt more at peace. The restored door factory became to me a portal into history. It was as if I was meandering through memories of the lives of those who placed the memorabilia of their journies within what I know to be more of a museum than a market. The personalized service provided by the staff there was more than exceptional and I will be visiting much more often in the future.

Me and my wife visited this place because of the TV show Good Bones. We drove from Peoria, Illinois just to see this stuff up close and personal. We see why the two chicks and a hammer shop here for their furniture. Huge warehouse with a lot of vendor booths full of cool vintage furniture and stuff. Clean but HOT (if your there during the summer). It seems like the midwest is ignored when it comes to home improvement TV shows. The Good Bones show is filmed in Indianapolis and we think its awesome that there is a midwest home improvement TV show on HGTV and well worth the drive.

One of my favorite antique shops to visit while in Indy. Lots of mid-century modern selections and vendors, if that is your style. Other styles, too. Prices vary, depending on vendor. The views are free! And we usually find something to buy. For first time visitors, theres no HVAC throughout the building, so dress appropriately for the season. Layer up in cold months. Dress light in summer months (and bring something to fan yourself). Its worth it.

This place is awesome!! It looks so sketchy on the outside but its an antique haven on the inside. Theres plenty of parking and restrooms and the associates dont bug you so you can browse at your leisure. Theres something for everyone here and Ive rarely left without buying something. They have furniture, knickknacks, taxidermy, old medicine bottles, books, vinyl, clothes, and more. The only con is the lack of ac/heating so bring a jacket in the winter and wear shorts in the summer.
