The customer service at this business is exceptional. The lady who ran the business side of the house is professional and very friendly. She also is very knowledgeable on their tint products and demonstrated it thoroughly. The technicians work was perfect. The price for ceramic tint is unbeatable (approximately 30% of what others charge) and is very high quality.

We had a great experience with Circle City Tint.. seems like most of the negative reviews on here are people who feel entitled.. this place has great prices, friendly staff and they bust their butts to get all these cars done in one day!! We had window tint placed, and remote start installation and we were 6th in line and our car was done well before they closed for the day! Seems like a dishonest business, who doesnt mind taking advantage of people.I was unaware that the vehicle I just purchased already had a factory remote start, Ive never owned a vehicle with one, so I went to Circle City Tint to inquire about installing one. I told them I needed one because winter was coming and I had a newborn. They failed to mention to me that I already had the factory one and charged me to install the after market one. When I was made aware of the oversight I called to question if they usually inform people they already have one and I was told yes, clearly that was a lie. I then checked my boyfriends cars key fob and became aware that they had scammed him as well, they had given no inkling that he had a factory one either. When I asked them what their policy was they said the only thing they could do was transfer the remote start to another vehicle but theyd have to again charge me for installation.

My husband and I brought our truck and SUV in to get our front windows tinted. This place was amazing! The guys were friendly and did a great job! Top notch place and reasonably priced!

Got my 2 front windows done and they were nice and very quick.

Im so upset at this point I see flaws in my tint not to mention when I went back to vet my truck my radio screen had locked on it I was told to call dealership when I did I was informed it would cost me $130 I told the man that tinted my windows what the guy on the phone said and he asked me to hang up called OnStar to see if they could unlock my radio and they couldnt the lady said I would have to rake it to a chevy dealershipsothat they could unlock my radio I paid $53for tint and left a tip and now I have to come out of pocket $130by no fault of mine they said my battery died because they left the doors open to tint my windows I havent ever had a problem with my battery or truck starting at all the guy kept my owners manual asked if we lived far said he will call a few people to see what he can dothank you for reaching out to me about the issue with my radio and my tint.my husband and I reside the issue with the locked radio by me visiting you tube I appreciate you offering to pay but you or I want have to come out of pocket and Ill wait my 31 days to see how my tint will do again thank you Ill be to get my manual tomorrow

Store wasnt open after 9am Saturday as the hours of operation suggests about 15 ppl standing outside lined up for service. 3 other ppl drove off. Not a good look for new customers or returning customers

My wife has had her tint on her ford explorer for a week now so it has had time to cure. They did an immaculate job. There were no issues with the tint and I see no imperfections. It took about 4 hours to get done and I was told it was first come first serve when I went. Theres really not much else to say, there were several competitors that were booked up for an entire month but these guys did our car before we went on vacation. Overall very impressed and the price was not bad at all. Highly recommended!

I called myself getting there when they first open up which is 9am they have like 4 ppl already in line waiting as well but however I am still here waiting at 1:26pm this doesn’t make any sense

So far so good. I was a walk-in. Dropped my car off at 10:15am. I was treated very nice. Had every one of my questions answered. Went with ceramic tints. They told me it would be a couple of hours. Im hoping for no more than 3 hours. Ill give my official review right after I pick up. Thatll determine whether they go up or down in ratings.3.5 hours later....Got the car back pretty quick despite there being a couple cars ahead of me. Quality looks good. I see a couple small spots that look a little smeared or small bubbles but I am going to wait a couple days. Overall, Im happy with my experience.

Interesting observation, the fact that management only replies to the reviews on here that paint them in a positive light, speaks volumes on the lack of professionalism and reiterates what myself and others have conveyed through similar experiences..My window tint bubbled less than 6 weeks after they did it on 3 of my windows, my windshield included. I called the office and was told that if I couldn’t bring it in for them to take a look at it during the weekday, (bc I have a job & can’t just take off for their error) that I would need to come in on Saturday and it’s 1st come 1st serve.I asked if I could please make an appointment for a Saturday since this was no fault of my own opposed to having to get up early, sit up there and wait, and hope that my car will be called in. I was told no and they were unwilling to be flexible for their mistake. They were absolutely not accommodating to fix what they messed up.One of the most unprofessional local companies that I have done business with. I will not ever recommend them or do business with them again. I counted my $300 loss and time spent with the initial tinting, and took it elsewhere to be done correctly....

I recently visited this place to get my car tinted. Everything was okay until the receptionist took my car keys. her attitude was horrible, it seemed as if i was bothering her by asking questions. i was told a wait time of an hour and a half that turned into 4 hours. I wouldn’t even be upset about the time but there was absolutely no one in there getting work done & mind you i was the FIRST customer considering they only take walkins. When i got my car back there were tons of bubbles on all the windows & it’s their policy that you have to wait 30 day’s before they can fix it. What type of junk is that ? And also you have to pay before you see the completed job. How can a place have such good reviews but actually deliver horrible business ? I think i know why.

Had my F250 Super duty done today, the door windows, what an awesome job! They are FCFS so get there EARLY, they are good at what they do so it’s obvious they will have a lot of vehicles to do. I got there at 8:30 am and there was 3 people already there waiting for them to open at 9am. I went in, got my price, left my truck there, got a call from them at 1:50pm that it was done. LOOKS GREAT i do recommend them, professionals, excellent quality work, polite, great customer service. I will be going back for the remote start. 👍. Thanks CCT

This place is awesome. I went in to have my rear glass tinted after it came out on the wrong side of an encounter with a rock. I didnt know what tint it was and they matched it perfectly. Took MUCH less time than originally expected. I had changed my number days before my appointment. They verified my number when I dropped off my car. This place has great customer service. They are super friendly and totally genuine.

In one word....TERRIBLE!!! My husband and I literally waited 8 hours to get our vehicle done. We were told it would be 2 hours. Worst part is all we had done on the vehicle was just the front window sunshade. we arrived at 9am sharp opening time and we got our vehicle at 520pm. They close at 5pm. When my husband told the guy that he would never come back all the guy said was anyway...wow. maybe if they worked more on the vehicles instead of taking so many cigarette breaks they would get the jobs done on time. NEVER GOING BACK!!

Great customer experience. The guys got me in the same day for a remote starter. I got there at 10 and they were done by 12:30. Im definitely going back for my 2nd vehicle. A Very courteous staff, clean environment. Highly recommended.

I had a remote start installed here, was done in around 6 hours. After 2 months, it’s still working incredibly well. They also mentioned if I ever experience issues with my car and fear losing my warranty because I installed a third-party remote start, I can bring it back to them first, they will uninstall the device and reinstall it after inspection all free of charge. Also, this comes with a lifetime warranty. What more can you ask for?

I was worried about what kind of work I would get for such a low price, but I was pleasantly surprised. The tint was installed beautifully and very quickly, it only took around an hour. The man who I presume is the owner greeted us and was friendly. It was a totally painless experience. I would definitely recommend them, I had a great experience.edit**After 2 years, the tint still looks great. There is no peeling, no fading or any other issues at all. I would definitely recommend this company, the product they sold me has lasted. And it was very inexpensive at the time. If i ever need tint done again Ill be back.

Ive been going to Circle City Tint since their Beech Grove location. I will not be coming back. I made an appointment for 9am and my vehicle wasnt serviced for over an hour and a half of me being there. I asked the guy why walk ins are serviced before appointments and he said an appointment only gets you a spot. Clearly appointments are not valued here. I finally got in my car and it was dirty. Drips all over the inside of my door and all over my dash. Bubbles, finger print smears, and distortion in random places. Very poor quality and poor customer service.

Matt did awesome job on our vehicle inside and out. Full detail on the inside and paint correction with ceramic coating on the outside. He takes the time too Perfect even the Minor Details. Highly recommended as you will be completely satisfied with the way your vehicle looks.

The location is convenient and easy to get to on the east side, and next door to restaurants if you have to wait. The staff is great! Very helpful in suggesting the best tint for my van, and once I scheduled my appointment, which they got me in quickly and at a convenient time for my schedule, they did it in 2 hours! Excellent job all around and at a great price!!! Definitely recommend and will be returning for them to tint my ladys car.

I bought a Groupon for two window tinting. I am amazed at how good the windows look and match. It took him less than 30 minutes to do a perfect job. I do mean perfect. Not a smudge, line, or bubble. Best of all no distortion anywhere. Either this guy is really really good or the new film is. Either way I got a fantastic job for a good price. I did go in knowing there is a $25 upgrade to get the tint to match with the factory film on the back windows that Groupon fails to mention, but I think the overall price was still very good.Nice people, great customer services, and great quality of work. Cant ask for more than that.

The staff were very professional and courteous. The process took two hours for five windows on a Ford focus. They even included the back to triangle windows. They do offer two additional levels of protection that include a lifetime warranty. I love how my car looks with the new window tint. Driving home the car already feels much cooler in 85° weather. Ive had my car for over a year never had any problems with it I bring it to you guys for a remote start and less then a week later lights pop on the dash and its broke down I Will NEVER recommend you to anyone and I will make sure everyone knows not to bring their vehicles to you!

I purchased a Groupon in April for a window tint. The vouchers instructions read to make an appointment ahead of time. When I called was told it’s first come first serve.Fast forward to June 3. When I arrive I’m told that as of June 1 they’re not accepting any purchased Groupons because they get no money from them. I was told I’d have to contact Groupon but I could still spend $170 to have my windows tinted with a better quality film & included warranty.Groupon isn’t issuing refunds. So be ready if you’ve purchased one.

Performed the ceramic coating on my SUV. Looks amazing and much easier to keep clean! It shines like it just rolled off the assembly line, even after taking a beating on the interstate and rain. Matt did an amazing job and fixed swirl marks the previous owner caused.

Circle City Tint did a phenomenal job! The craftsmanship was great. They were professional. Katie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There was an additional charge for the transponder (due to the make, model, and year of my vehicle) but it was still worth it. They got my vehicle done the same day and are flexible with pick up/drop off. I would definitely bring my car there again!

The tinting on the back window of my 12 year old car had distorted and I was unable to see through it, so I needed to have it removed. They did a very professional job quickly and for a reasonable price. When I inquired about the windshield treatment they offered, I was given an honest answer and candid opinion. For $25, I decided to get it done, and with the Winter weve had, Im very glad I did. It has kept the windshield much cleaner, and easier to clean, than it would have been without the treatment.

I choose Circle City because they have such high reviews on google. However, my experience was far from ideal. I called and set up for my appointment and was quoted a decent price. I made an initial appointment and everything was done in the time they quoted me. However, at this point everything was a complete mess. As soon as I left I noticed a large (2 in) bubble/crease in my passenger window. There were also some small bubbles in my drivers window but they werent very concerning to me. I waited 7 days and called them and they told me to wait an additional 7 days to see if the bubbles would come out on their own. I waited but the bubbles were still there so I made an appointment to have them take a look.I show up at my appointment at 9:30. It seems like they double book appointments because my car wasnt taken back until 10 and wasnt done until 10:30 am (I was quoted 15 minutes BTW). I look at my car and they havent even touched the passenger window (the one with the 2 bubble) but redid my drivers side window! After discussing what happened with customer service, the tint guy came back out and pushed out most of the bubble in the passenger window with his scraper in 5 seconds.Also, each time they work on your window they leave streaks all over your car doors on both the exterior and the interior. Who does that?! You should never return a car without cleaning up the mess you made. Thats just awful.The customer service people were all very nice but the quality of these tints and the work they do is some of the worst I have ever experienced. I have been other places where I have had NO issues whatsoever with the tint and they returned my car looking better than when I dropped it off.My car still has a large outline of the bubble in the passenger window. They tell me it will probably go away in 30 days. However, if it doesnt look right in 30 days I wont be coming back here. I will go somewhere that does quality work and have them redo that window.

This place is a scam. I bought a voucher on Groupon to match our family vehicle’s front windows. We ended up getting charged an additional 40 dollars from this place when they were done. The voucher clearly states it’s good for two windows matching the back factory tint. Even sketchier then that the employee said we had to pay cash. Any other place will provide the same service for half the price. We ended up spending 50 on Groupon and 40 at circle tint for two front windows. Will never seek their service again !

I got all the windows except my front window tinted on my Lexus yesterday at the East Washington location. I came in on a Saturday morning and it took a few hours to get done. Just a couple of cars were before me. They are very nice and helpful. With the Groupon you can get the 35%, which worked just fine for me. Its $50 more to get a darker tint. I would highly recommend. It looks great!

The tint installation seems fine enough but part of my interior was damaged while they had my SUV (3 small cuts near the drivers side window). When I pointed this out to the installer she just kept saying we dont cut inside the car and I can show you the tool we use. He said he had not noticed the damage before he started or during the install and there was nothing he could do. He apologized and I explained how bad of a customer experience this was. Beware that getting work done here might end up costing you more than you think.

Had a remote start installed it has stopped working six times. Circle city refused too refund my money. The owner won’t return calls ....currently I am getting a lawyer for time loss on job, Uber rides, and none functional product. Do not get a remote start installed here

I have taken my vehicles to Tim for window tint over the past 12+ years bc I know that he knows what hes doing and he and his staff are great at what they do. Ive never had a complaint. Very affordable and good-quality tint.

Apparently, they think it is okay to run fans in the shop while applying tint. Then wonder why I brought my vehicle back twice because there is dirt and hair on the film they applied. After the third time bringing it back, the manager said the function is to keep people from looking inside to excuse below poor application of the tint and said they will not be replacing the tint on anymore windows... I promise anyone considering going here, your minimum standards will not be met. To Circle City, I understand it is hot in a shop without the fans running (I know because I did it for three years), but you can 100% expect poor quality when they are. This will cause the business you do to diminish, if it hasnt already.I took it back after the redo wait period (3), and I was told that you guys would not replace any others. I was told, Tint was to keep people from looking in, and to expect imperfections. No point in bringing it back, I will end up with the same quality of work. I will waste another day and another 2 hours of driving. RE: Fan comment: It was in June or July there was a fan on in the right back corner, because it was hot, and the doors were closed. I was stating that, because I am sure that has to be the reason for the debris on the inside of my tint. There is also a crease in couple/few of the windows. I have added some photos. I would have taken picture of all the bubbles on every window, but the sunshine and camera glare made it difficult to see them in a picture. However, I assure you, there are bubbles in every window. I have supplied some pictures, but who knows, maybe I am just being unrealistic or unreasonable.

Matt and the crew took excellent care of me when my remote start quit working. Even though it was out of warranty and the issue was caused by my leaking windshield, they replaced my antenna at no cost. Cant say enough about these guys!Keep up the great work!

I had my windows tinted two weeks ago and I couldnt be happier! I was told it would take a few hours and they would call me to come pick it up. When I got there I couldnt quit smiling because it was beautiful! They did warn me about possible bubbles and said they would come out within 30 days. I havent seen any bubbles, but they also let me know that if I did have an issue Im always welcome to give them a call and they would fix the issue any time. Customer service was amazing!
