I dont know why there are bad reviews with these guys. I had a great experience. These guys are prompt and professional. They took care of all of my needs and some. Dont listen to a couple disgruntled reviews. Try these guys out and see how good they are.

STAY AWAY!!! These guys are crooks. They charged me more than double what they told me over the phone AND in person. They had no explanation as to why the price skyrocketed other than miscommunication on THEIR part. They told me theyre keeping my parts till the work is paid in full. Absolutely zero professionalism. This place needs shut down. Please, please find a more reputable shop to do your work. I will gladly spend hours driving anywhere in the US for engine work before I would come back here. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Bad people!! Look at the reviews and realize this is just the tip of the ice berg!! i just took my lumps!! Do not get involved you will regret it !! There are many other aluminum Hemi heads! STAGE 5 is my choice now...

I ordered a prepped 360 block that was supposed to be ready to use (bored, honed, cleaned, etc.). It looked great on the outside, but once I began assembling my motor I found that every bolt hole was FILLED with rust. So bad that I litteraly could not get the head studs to even start. I spent many hours with a tap set cleaning out threads and correcting their mistake. Their owner is also THE rudest person I have ever met in my life...I will NEVER give them any of my business again.

If I could give zero stars, that would be more appropriate. Block decks 11 thou. out of square. Rockers that dont line up. Roller tips drilled off center. Customer service non-existent. The epitome of terrible business. Stay away. Much better out there. They do not support what they sell. Very nice until they have your money. With the exception of Ken. L. Their engine builder. EXCELLENT GUY.

They might want to have someone a little more customer friendly. 2 different calls. 2 not so good results.

They screwed me out of 400$ when I ordered heads from them the guy has no sense of customer service. Not impressed with craftsman ship of work he did do. Have another shop redoing just about all of it cus his fresh valve job didn’t seal. Place needs shut down. Will never deal with that douche bag again. The lady was very good to deal with but the dude was a total douche.

I spoke to Russell on the phone prior to drop off. I was told that head reconditioning included shot blast, amung other things. When I asked about shot blasting, he told me it would clean the outside of the heads. I said, then I dont have to get them bead blasted somewhere else first, great. When I picked them up the following week, the outside of the heads still had old grease, paint splotches and other debris on them. Now he tells me that if I want to have them blasted I will have to pay additional, because thats not included. He is very rude, inconsistent and coniving. He has no business communicating with the customers and should leave that to the very polite lady who works at the front counter. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!

They dont want to work on anything it seems like..they just mopar guys selling parts. With all these great reviews they have i will definitely NOT bring my parts to them or order from them...thought they was better than that..guess i was wrong

Horrible service bought brand new big easy 325 heads they dont flow near what they claim after alot of work and a bigger valve 2.25 they start to make the numbers they claim. Brand new heads then failed on the dyno hydrolocked the engine. Either the casting is bad or there cnc program Is aggressive. it blew the short turn out on the heads . Spoke with Russ sent them in right off the dyno they welded them up and fixed them right. Welded up both heads so I would say there aware of the problem the other head was ok still but glad they repaired it. Got the heads back yesterday and they got dropped on the ground hard and have alot of damage. the mating service of the head to block is badly damaged and will need to be decked.I wouldnt reccomend them or ever use there products again alot of money bad quality horrible attitude and service...Buyer beware

Rude act as if they dont want my business only heard bad things about indy still wanted to give them a shot but from now on i will go somewhere else really sad i wanted to spend thousands of dollars and they made me feel like i was stupid and they didnt have time for me to i only had some questions and was rushed off the phone even after everyone had told me how indy mess up parts and do poor work i still was willing to try them out INDY STEP UP YOUR GAME!!!!!!!!

I didnt even want to give them one star the worst and most rude people I have ever dealt with after spending $2,500

We order two single rockers from them back 03/06/17 that were supposed to be La ome heads 1.5 when they got to our house we took them to the machine shop where the motor is being done to find out they had sent us 1.6 is not 1.5 we immediately called and paid to have them sent back for them to keep them for over 2 week after they told us they would send them out the next day after they got the ones back they messed up on we have called to check the status and everyday have been told no they have not sent them out them theyre still sitting there in the office to be shipped out dont understand what is so hard for them to send out something that has already been paid for when it was their mistake in the beginning we will be taking our money somewhere else hope that they can get their customer service straightened out very disappointed with Indy!!!!!!
