Really need to change your hours of operation on all web based sites. Waited all morning for them to open only to find out theyre closed on Wednesday and Sunday. You truly wasted my time.
U cant get anyone 2 answer a phone when u call them. I called 4 stores & nobody ever answered the phone.
All of their signs say they open at 7 am. The sign the door for auto says store hours start at 7 am. I walked in through the main store door and walked back and an employee was standing in the auto dept and said they open at 9 am.Even on Google it says they open at 7 am. Its 10 after 9 right now and they still havent opened.Im going somewhere else because Ive been here for almost an hour now and they wont open the doors. Also, I did 1 star because I had to
Hey these guys work tirelessly and always are accommodating. The customer service was top of the line and Tyler took care of me and kept me informed through out the time my car was in the shop. You can’t beat their price and you can’t beat a couple of guys who hard from start to finish.
Poor service and I go there I want to put my tire on the wheels and the service old guy he says if you bring your tire with you we don’t do it here so I come fuse the with Walmart in fishers do the jobs why you not do it guys because you don’t need do it.
Called and set an appointment for my two front tires to be replaced. Came in 15 minutes early like asked. They got me in and took care of me in just an hr. May seem long to others but for how busy they always are I have zero complaints. They were very respectable to me and other customers in line. Busy long days are stressful for everyone not just the customers.

Reading all these mostly negative feedback from prev customers of this Walmart auto care center, I believe them all...very simple, I myself have experienced not 1 but 2 diff times when I got extremely poor services from a supposedly supervisor dude (not matter on the color of skin of the individual) who lied thru his teeth about the wait time, the services, and prices charged for an oil change on my vehicles...as an employee of a big business, he did much to damage the credibility and image of his employer company. I since have found another more trust worthy auto care center to have all my cars serviced...they might as well close it permanently sine its nothing more than 1 training ground for those going thru or just completed a vocational program, with incompetent people running the shop!
Had a flat and Raymond the manager was very helpful. He got me in quickly and fixed the issue promptly. Great service and timely fix. Thanks
The man assisting us gave minimal direction how we should handle our flat. He suggested whatever was easiest for him to do. I highly recommend elsewhere. Costco was where we ended up going and were highly impressed with service and customer service.It is also noteworthy that our Ford center rim logo was missing after having this service center look at it.
First come first serve so come early to get service done if youre going to wait. I only get oil changes here because they are cheap($20) and it usually takes about an hour and a half. Get there around 7:30-8am and you will be good. Its Walmart.
This is this worst auto center have ever been and I will never go back there. I will not also suggest this place to any body that has something tangible to do. I spent like forever for one of my head lamps to be fixed. The workers feel they are doing you a favor and will grudgingly answer your questions. No one wants to be responsible for nothing. I can go on and on but right now am so done and ready to get out of here!!!
Unprofessional. No one called me to let me know if my vehicle was ready for pick up. I called for nearly 2h to see if my vehicle was ready, and no one EVER answered the phone. I even called multiple departments
12/02/19 3:55pmI came for oil change and there were 3 employees in lube bay area and they said we are done fir the day. I asked them why?She replied that we are 3 people and its almost 4 pm we will close at 7pm. I said if you have 4 cars in line it barely take 1 hour but she said leve now.Wow walmart thats the only reason you have 1 star rating .you guys needs to sneak in auto part dpt before its too late.
This place is complete garbage. I reviewed the hours on the website and even called to verify them. But of course when I show up at 645am waiting until they open at 7am there is no one in sight. I am not surprised as this is not the first time this has happened to me. I rearranged my whole morning just to be there and now I will have to go back during my work day to hopefully get my car serviced. If I wasnt restricted of time I would not be going to Walmart Autocenter. But this will without a doubt be my last time coming here! Also, why is there not a zero STAR option? Because thats what they deserve!
The worst service I have ever had. The lady responsible for the service, I guess shes the supervisor there, is so rude and was rude to other people as well. Better stay away from this location.
I got one up on all of ya! RANT ALERT:BUYER BEWARE!! Went to get my oil changed first thing in the am, they were supposed to open at 7. I WAITED FOR 20 MINS until someone finally drove up to open while still eating their breakfast! When I picked up my car they broke my window and told me it was that way before they changed the oil! Why are you messing with my window anyway? Not sure. When I asked for their help putting it up, they told me to come back in the morning. When I demanded to speak to management, they told me it was already that way and I should have alerted them because they do frequently roll down the windows in the vehicles! I reached in pulled up the window and put it back on track right in front of him, I hit the button on accident from rushing and cut my hand open but it was worth it. Never had a window issue prior to this or after, window worked just fine. Oil was changed then they lost the cap to break fluid when filling, had to buy another days later! No other fluids were topped off! :/Complained online at Walmart and got a call from the auto manager apologizing. No promise to ensure his team wasn’t late though! He kept making excuses about staffing, blah, blah. I don’t care, I want good service! Maybe if they fire these people and do it them selves for a while the right way that would encourage them to hire some good people and train them well! Not even worth the time it took to Write this so I definitely wouldn’t want another service here, not even a freebie for my trouble!! BEWARE!!
They do not respect customers and are not honest .. I came for an oil change and told me I must wait 45-55 min I was still waiting for an hour and a half and I did not get the service yet and then nobody gave attination or say sorry for our late I asked for my car key for what I waited a lot but they did not apologize
Lazy. Bad attitudes. No good customer service at all. Highly disappointment. I will never come back or recommend anyone to come here unless you want the worst Auto experience ever, including manager.
Went to have 2 tires done at 5:20pm they told me they not taking anymore cars. They had one car in the whole place, so I ask want time they close they said 6pm. I AM HERE AND ITS 5:20pm AND YOU CANT SERVICE ME 2 TIRES? CHANGE YOUR CLOSING TIME TO MATCH YOUR WORK PERFORMANCE. SO BASICALLY YALL NEVER OPEN CAUSE YALL HAVE POOR PERFORMANCE AND ATTITUDES.
The lady was putting away a damn Christmas tree while I was waiting at the desk to even be helped. Another employee approached and even told her I needed assistance and she CONTINUED to focus on the tree then told me it was a three hour wait just for two cars in front of me. No wonder this place has 1 Star.

Typically have approx an hour wait but very inexpensive and have great music in the waiting area. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

All of these bad reviews are VERY accurate. After waiting 30 minutes for service, I had to go get a manager because the service was so pathetic. The employee working the automotive desk was rude, slow, and did not care that he had 5 people waiting in line, and kept texting on his phone. When the manager came to help at the automotive desk, she told me to go outside and talk to the mechanics, they told me to keep waiting, NO THANKS. Went elsewhere to get my tires done. DO NOT take your car here to be serviced. Possibly the worst service Ive ever had.
Came in at 9 am for a tire change, 3 cars Infront of me, and I got out in like a HR and a half, seems like the kinda treatment Id get anywhere, its a Walmart too so that was a plus in my book.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! I purchased a warranty for my battery, however when I took it in to be replaced, the lady stated they had to test it first and that it would take 1 hour. However two days later, I still have not heard from anyone about my battery!!
Don’t let their online hours fool you. They close at 6:00pm.
I went in for an oil change and to get two tires switched out. I was quoted no more than 100 Minutes. 3.5 hours later, they could not get one of the tires on, so they asked me to leave my car over night, then the veteran mechanic would get it on the next day.The next day I went to pick up my car and both rims with replacement tires had been scratched and torn up by their equipment. When I told the crew, they did not even care enough to go look at the car with me.The paperwork stated that they checked each tire and filled them to 32psi, when I checked, I found that they were 35, 38, 38, and 44. I am sure that they did not check other things which they were supposed to.I will be taking my car into a real mechanic to double check their work.
I came in with a dead battery and they replaced it right away. Took ten minutes. After a whole day dealing with car problems that ended with a ride in a tow truck, I was so grateful for the speedy service. Thank you!!!

The service was slow and they decided not changed anyones tire way before they closed, they were rude to us and everyone there, only good thing was we were able to get the tire we needed but that was about it dont go to this auto center if you need work done on your car
They don’t even open on time. Last 2x I came at open time, myself and others waited 15-25mins for them to actually open. I honestly don’t know why I keep coming here

Took forever for an oil change when they only had one other car there and then I notice the next morning I have oil leaking in my garage! We will see if the will fix it.....
How does a car not have any oil in it exactly 1 wk after an oil change? The run around the store continues yotgive us is absurd. Im not happy and demand answers.
I had the worse experience ever.. This Walmart is starting to get like the one on Lafayette Rd. The Auto care center is terrible I will never go there again....

Great customer service here. The folks working today were busy as all heck and slapped my tires on in a timely manner. Their calm and professional demeanor calmed me down when I wasnt being the friendliest customer.
