Im new to the area. My first time shopping here at this location (Indiana) has only been during Covid. My first purchase was a pick up order. From then up until today this location has always had what I needed, and most of all the employees have been very helpful, very friendly, and just all around amazing! Thank you to all of the employees for being there for us. I greatly appreciate YOU 😊

My go.to for supplies. I literally drive across town because the atmosphere is comfortable. I find all my Cosmetology needs here.

I was kinda of surprised to hear that service in the store was rude. I have never experienced anything in that nature. I have been going to the same store since 2007. I have seen Clients come in with attitudes themselves. Great costumer service really starts with the the costumer. I have been embarrassed on our professionalism towards the employees. In order to obtain great service you have come in first with the concept treat people the way you want to be treated. And the woman that you said was rude has a name and she wears a badge. Yes, I am offended because i have seen costumers attack her because of rules she has to obtain. So the next time you walk into the store check your attitude first... And believe me you never know who was watching you......

Every time I go to this store I am treated with kindness and respect! The associate I always helpful and even suggests other items for me. Never had a bad experience. I prefer this Comsoprof to the others in the city.

They have majority of the items I need in stock. Its clean and the people who work here are nice and helpful

The rude ass women in the store turned me away and said only professional licensed hair dressers could shop there. Maybe put up a sign or something cause I needed new shampoo and conditioner so thanks for blowing that sale honey. Couldve gotten a $30 profit from me but no.

Horrible customer service ever. The lady who’s always there in the mornings has a poor and negative ambience. Every time you ask her how is her day: “oh it’s ok, it could be better” with a very poor quality of expressions. Definitely not coming back here.

I stopped in to this location today, early afternoon and it was my first time in this cosmo prof. I have been to the Carmel location and castleton location and this was by far my favorite. The store itself was stocked well, the employees were kind, helpful and very friendly. Im glad I happen to stop by today because this will be the location I go to from now on.

The short chubby chick with the fade is very rude, no customer service at all. She looks at you as if she does not want to help. She always has an attitude. This is not the job for her.

The short fat lady was so RUDE when I had barely walked in the door ! This location is horrible with customer service will not be returning to the location!
