The store has mostly hair products and wigs. I was looking for hair wax but couldn’t find it there. It has a section for babies and a small section for make up and jewls. Nice behaving employees!

The people are helpful. They have some of everything. One trip will make you excel within all your beauty supplies. Because when you look good you do good.💯

All the employees were so helpful and happy to assist me and all of my questions! Prices were decent for what you are getting and they have a HUGE and I do mean HUGE selection for wigs and bundles of hair. Its a lot cleaner inside and outside now. The isles are well stocked and neat. Idk about the hair, as I havent bought hair from them in 10 plus years. But I see more black owned company hair products in here which makes me smile as well as Black Employees. I believe you should Employ where you Profit! So Im glad to see changes. Not sure about at night, I hope the parking lot has better lighting again!

Don’t think everyone is stealing. The black community supports these types of places so treat us with respect. If we stop coming then who is gonna buy ANYTHING? You literally will be making 50 dollars a month if you don’t have us. Other cultures don’t really frequent place like this. The could but they go to Sally’s.

Great staff, Lovely people work at the shop. Always so kind and helpful. Biggest variety of hair supplies no matter what you need. Lace fronts, braiding hair, eyelashes, ect. With several choices from whatever category you came for. Really great store!

Very very very expensive cheaper 🤔 on the east side at king beauty they are 3 times higher than king beauty and Connies on the east side if you want to save money go to the east side

I LOVE this place!This supply store is clean, organized, and the prices are beyond fair.I have never been to look for a product or brand that they did not carry.(They have some of EVERYTHING...that you maybe looking for when it comes to beauty.)If you have never been, your missing out!!!Definitely one of my favorite places to visit.

Sooo. I called the store to ask what time they closed and they said 6. I got to the store at 5:50pm and the guy working there literally shut and locked the door in my face. I showed him the time on my phone and he literally looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. I know I should have checked the time they closed sooner but at the same time IT WAS NOT 6pm. As I was driving by I also saw people still walking out which further let’s me know that he could have let me in...never going back to even give them a chance because that was completely unprofessional.

This is place is pretty large compared to the surrounding stores. They provide up to date hair and products. Basically, whatever is trending your guaranteed to find it. Prices are reasonable. My only con ( braiders/crochets)there are no deals! Some surrounding stores offer 1 free pack with the purchase of so many bags and are about $1- $2 cheaper. Employees do seem to rush you when trying on wigs.

This place have a nice selection, however none of the Koreans here are familiar with the products they sale considering they make a pretty penny off the black community.Its as if they dont care nor attempt to try and assist you. I even provided a picture and they still didnt try...so Im left to believe its always about the money and nothing more.The beauty supply store near high school rd is better with assistance; not this one.

Great wigs

Places like this make me sick. Several times I have enter this location they act like I will steal. Except when I came in with my husband who so happens to be white. Very discouraging.

It is huge i could spend all day in this place and the prices are fair.

They are very unprofessional. I give so much business to this store. The one time I have a problem that are very rude About a product The sold defective . I purchased a complete acrylic acrylonitrile kit and the primer was spilled all out and ruined the nails which they are melted together. Do no nails and no primer. I correctly live in TN and I was back home for my cousin funeral which is how I picked up this nail kit. I called to ask a simple question to exchanging the product when I come home or even mailing it back to get a new nail kit. A male sale associate by the name of Charlie hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a general manager/ store manager David and all the did was try to talk over you and hung up. They find it rude when you start yelling back or demanding respect but respect is earned. You don’t treat customers like that especially when the black customers are paying y’all and making your business stay open.

When it comes to beauty supply stores, this one has just about anything you can imagine. I go here when I cant find something at others and they almost always have it. I highly recommended it!

It has a very vast selection of hair care products. Most of it is geared toward woman, but they have one aisle completely dedicated to men. Theres kids products as well. This would be a perfect one stop shop, because Im sure that they have just about anything.

Actually 0 stars for staff friendliness but 4 1/2 stars for merchandise. The older African American woman who is a cashier is very nice and helpful. The rest of the staff act like the customers are bothering them and they wish they would just go away. I seldom shop there for that very reason. I dont like being treated like Im not welcome there or valued as a paying customer. I generally take my money elsewhere!

Update: This place has taken a turn for the worst. They used to be attentive but now have the worst customer service. They are very rude for no reason and offer little to no help if they can avoid it. I watched this woman get belittled at the cash register for the way her card had to be swiped for it to work, it was an old almost expired credit card. They really need to get it together but until they do please check out Beauty Outlet inside Lafayette square mall. The manager Michael is super friendly and very attentive. He will make sure that you find what you need in budget. The prices are ridiculously low for most everything in the store. Even their 360 lace fronts. Plus they sell some really cute clothes.Always a pleasure. I buy almost all my lace fronts here. They have a great selection for every budget. They have lace fronts on clearance from $25. They are very attentive if you ask for assistance and I am very picky. They also cut the lace for you if you want them to. Best place to go for all your hair needs.

Love this place. It is very diverse and I love it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The sell products for all hair types and they sell some of the better quality wigs and weaves. The price, the have something for everyones price point. If you cant find a certain product check at this place because the place is huge so probably have it.
