My boat has been serviced by Boatland for the past 16 years and they have always exceeded my expectations. They are honest, fair and get the job done right the first time which is so important for long-term trust. I have been forced to use other service shops when out of town and unfortunately, Boatland had to go back and correct the repairs that were either misdiagnosed or completed incorrectly. Can’t recommend them enough.
I was very disappointed in Boatland. They came out 2 times to fix an issue on my boat charging me over $500 for the two visits. My problem has not been fixed. I asked if they could give me a break to visit again to try for a third time to fix the issue. They said they would charge me another $225 for the visit. Evidently they do not stand behind their work. Buyer beware!!!
Can I give this place 0 stars?? This place has no problem taking your money. Price gouging is the game in service . To fix a boat trailer bunk with pre drilled holes with a few lag bolts, expect a billl of $275. Gary the owner will explain that bringing the empty trailer in the shop and diagnosing the trailer are not included in the flat rate. GARY WHAT ARE YOU DIAGNOSING ON A BUNK OF A TRAILER WHEN THE LIGHTS WORK? you belong in sales for sure Gary. This place is dishonest and ok with scamming people. Plan to pay 5x what other shops will charge for simple service requests .Another couple hundred and I could have bought a new trailer.
Less than 30 dollars in parts for a boat trailer, be expected to pay 254.00 in labor for a 30 minute job. 👎🏻👎🏻
Best experience that I have had in a long time.Bob shared his time with me, made sure that I had correct parts. Even had a coworker come up to speak with me.I know where to go in the future.
The parts dept. Is always very helpful and professional, I appreciate there service, thanks .
Working with service department on major engine repair. Excellent communication. Service department very clean and appears to be very well equipped.
Bad business!!! Put a 500 dollar deposit down to by a boat that we loved! But mind u they dont do in house finance. With a prior financial obligation we were unable to purchase the boat. Disappointed in the news from our bank we called to tell them. The phone call started out fine then quickly turned besides the calls and the rude emails. Theyve decided to just keep our deposit or hold it as they call it. NO in store credit for anything just hold the money! Lawyer gonna cost more than its worth but it will be worth it to me!
Service attendant very polite very helpful and will always steer you in the right direction
First time buyers great experience from beginning until the boat hit the water. Highly recommend all the staff at Boatland, ask for Todd, the best salesperson.
All the BoatLand folks are very fine people. Very nice. I am an old man, with disabilities. Sometimes I do not communicate well. These folks, especially the boat salesman (The big guy who owns the friendly dog) and the inside salesman were very patient with me, with the utmost respect. When I bought a 20 dollar item, they treated me as if I bought a 25k boat! If you are in the market for a boat (or parts), BoatLand is the place to start. CCL
