Purchased $7500 worth of roof coating. $65 delivery fee which I accepted. Paid in full then realized after delivery that the amount charged didnt add up. I called the salesman...Mike...and was told This is something new...its been a real problem...you were charged an extra 3% of the order price because you do not have an account with us Went on to tell me he was unaware of the fee being charged to me yet he was the one who gave me the total but never bothered to mention the hidden 3% markup...obviously that is a lie. He also went on to tell me he completly understood my feeling that I had been robbed and that he would get it taken care of right away...and again mentioned it was a new policy and was causing a bunch of problems...no kidding? So couple days of phone calls and he finally calls all sheepishly to inform me his boss...Alex...says best he can do is give me a credit towards my next order! Hah! No doubt I would get hit with another 3% markup not to mention the $65 delivery fee regardless of what size order. In the end realized could have bought same product from home depot for same price with free shipping and NO deceptive 3% rip off. Took $250 from me ...Also product had old black stuff all over lids and looked like it had sat outdoors or in hot warehouse for a long period of time. Needless to say will never consider ordering here again...I would suggest you avoid them as well unless you like a hidden 3% up charge tacked on to your order in addition to the $65 delivery fee. Midwest Roofing Supply/SRS Distribution INC is a fraudulent company that DOES NOT HONOR contractually bound contracts with lies and no communication. Instead of honoring the legal contract, Midwest Supply/SRS Distribution INC now refuses to returns our calls and honor the agreement of materials ordered through Restor Group LLC performance in 2017.In May of 2017, Restor Group LLC entered a 2017 Customer Growth Incentive Plan end of the year rebate agreement once $250,000 is upfront paid supplies to Midwest Supply Inc. Mike Rindone and Alex Weber ( managers and representatives of Midwest Supply Inc) requested our business for materials ordered in exchange for an end of year rebate for PAID and PURCHASED materials.Midwest Supply INC required EVERY PURCHASE WAS PAID UP FRONT. Not even a nail was sent to a job site without all materials paid up front. Restor Group LLC total sales for the year was substantial. We have all the invoices with payments for each job.Restor Group LLC sent NUMEROUS emails directly to Midwest Supply requesting our rebate with NO RETURN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL.I am still waiting to hear back from one of you about my promised and contractually bound Midwest Rebate.This is total BS you guys operate this way.Not letting this go. The fact that I sent you the business I did, switching from Allied to Midwest…only to be treated this way….is reprehensible.It says clearly that I would be paid by credit or check AT THE END OF THE YEAR.Not sure if you guys are aware…but it is MAY.Now today is Sept. 2018. Midwest Roofing INC/SRS Distribution INC refuses to pay our contractual agreement. Even the manager, Alex Weber refuses to return our calls.This company is extremely unfair and fraudulent. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS!!!
