Horrible customer service. The supervisor over the customer service was very arrogant. He said he would email me a return form within an hour and I still do not have it the next day.

I went in the store needing some building supplies. There were three employees and one customer in the store. One employee was helping the customer. I waited... and waited... and waited... The other two employees ignored me. When I tried to get their attention, they dodged looking at me and walked the other direction.Finally, after literally 10 minutes waiting, the employee that was helping the other customer looked at me and said, Do you need help?I said, Yes please and told them what I needed help with.They replied, Oh, that person is on vacation. Can you come back next week?
