Not what I expected and I experienced very poor customer service.

I was very happy when I walked in this store. Not much for scents or a trendy person at all. But I had a blast making my own candle from pourable wax and my own scent and got face masks for the quarantine times and even a lamp not counting what I got for free with my purchases. Spending $100 got me a spin on the wheel with a LOT of winnable items from the store but with luck on my side I got to win the grand prize including bathbombs, salts, aromas, nifty items and more. Had a wonderful time and a great experience all in all.

This store is amazing. The sales staff were exceptional and very attentive. They explained everything and were so helpful. I made my own body scrub. I use scrub extensively in the summer before I tan. This scrub is the best scrub I have ever used.

Shopper beware. They buy products from stores like 5 below and mark them up 200%

Best bath products I’ve used!!! I love the bath bombs and I get to make my own body scrub, candle, and I got to crack an oyster! Highly recommend. I spent $100, spun the wheel and WON A $100 gift bag of product! This company is so generous and everyone is so nice

I purchased a $50 gift card for my wife from Salty Passion in Greenwood. The sales associate was pleasant and gave me recommendations for bath bombs to buy at that moment as well. On Christmas morning, she was ecstatic to find that she could purchase more. At some point in the chaos that is Christmas, the card was lost.Sometime later, after giving up on the search for the physical card, I tried to get assistance from the store in looking up my purchase to ensure that the money was not wasted. I was informed that they had no way to look it up by name or credit card information, and that I was out of luck without the card.Today, I found that gift card, and it says that it has a 1 year expiration date. Well, my $50 wouldnt have expired, so you will never get another dollar from me, and I will never recommend anyone come to your stores unless you honor the $50 that I spent. I want you to know that I am not happy about this. My wife truly enjoys your products, but I disagree with that policy with on such a fundamental level that I can not continue to shop there. I wish I could continue to buy your products for her but if that policy doesnt change, you can keep my $50 in exchange for this review.Please change this policy

Just discovered this spot in Castleton and we will be frequent flyers! They have great choices from soap to candles to bath bombs that you can customize!!! My girls love the idea. Good for kids and adults
