The website said that walk ins were accepted, so I drove to the store to find a paper on the door saying open by appointment only. I then made an appointment and came back to find the door was still locked, no one answering the phone, and no voice mails being accepted.

Sam and Eric were awesome! They were super friendly and I love that my phone was fixed in about an hour for a price that was reasonable.

I was having trouble keeping my phone charged up. I went into i Mechanic on Keystone Avenue expecting to replace the battery. Their technician, Chris, told me that the charge port was just dirty. That is why my charger was not making enough contact with the phone. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up my phone quickly.

High quality, efficient and reasonably priced. Broke my screen and both cameras, was fixed properly and in an hour. No further issues. Worked with Drew and he clearly explained what was wrong and what he was going to do to resolve the problem. 10/10 recommend.

I went to the shop for the iPad battery replacement and checked the laptops battery level. As soon as I walked in, a loud voice came from inside the monitor startled me. The way he spoke to me was rude and arrogant. He said they did not have time to check my laptops battery level. Later I found out he was an owner. I dealt with Chris before, and he seemed helpful, which was why I went back. After all, I would not go back to this place nor recommend it to anyone.

I had my phone screen and housing replaced at the shop. After the repair, cellular data could not load and I had to come back several times to see if they can do anything about it. The front guy was nice and patient, yet the boss, after I came in 3 to 4 times, started being impatient and saying there’s nothing they can do, while the front guy was trying to come up with a solution. The boss only cares about his time, ignoring my time and money. The reason I came in the shop for the last time was because the front guy said it’s a slow day, but The boss said they have several urgent repairs to go out, which is completely bs. Thanks for YOUR TIME.

Dropped my iPhone off to get the back repaired they called 5 hours later to pick up my phone to tell me they couldn’t fix it and made the back even worse never again

I normally dont do review. That said, this store commands a 5-star review for their service, pricing and responsiveness. I had a bad experience with another local UbIF store. No call back, charged twice as much and then lied and said they called us...there is this thing called missed calls on the phone. So I bailed and visited this shop. iMech not only performed the repair (backglass/camera lens and new battery) faster (5 hrs. vs. 2 days by other co.) but a $100 less and called/emailed me when it was completed. This is not a self promoting review, I stand by my review and recommend this group to anyone with an iphone issue, they earned it!

I had the charging port go bad in my iPad Pro, and it would no longer charge. Took it to the Apple Store to see what could be done AND because had failed to buy AppleCare the minimum fee to fix it was $500. Yes. I realize that falls on me for not plunking down the money for the protection in the first place. In steps in iMechanic. They looked at the iPad and felt they could replace the port back to functionality. The repairs were challenging due to the expense of the glass if broken. iMechanic was honest in their assessment, the possible risks, and their cost. I felt that they had my best interest in mind and wanted to repair this device to my satisfaction. They were successful in completing the repair and I was provided the service I was promised at the price I was quoted. I’ll be taking any future business I have to this business and encouraging friends and family to do the same.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I will never go to this place again!!! I went there to get my cracked screen fixed and they punctured my battery. I am attempting to get my phone fixed elsewhere. I went back to get my phone and told them not to put the battery in. When he brought it to me, he had put the battery back in. I specified that I wanted the battery out of the phone. He angrily snapped the screen open, ripped the battery out and through everything in a bag. They also did not give me the piece with my SIM card back. I wish I can give them no stars.

I had a fantastic experience here. Cory found a replacement back for my Pixel 4 and did a great repair. I traded in a phone that I had lying around, and it made the cost super affordable. Big thanks to these guys on being so kind and easy to work with. Coming from someone who works in the cellular sales industry, I highly recommend these guys.

Rude technician overall and upset I would not give him my password for a battery replacement. In addition to the fact that he broke my home button during a battery repair and tried to lie about it. Replaced it with another home button that will never allow me to use Touch ID again. Now I have constant issues using the home button because it sticks or isn’t responsive. Wish I had gone somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. Needed my apple watch fixed and when I went to go pick it up it was not charged and not tested to make sure it was working. When I got home and charged it, I saw that it was completely messed up. Had to go all the way back two more times and the whole process took over two weeks. When I asked for a partial refund for my troubles the employee said my troubles were out of his control. Will never recommend this location. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable place to get your product fixed!

I took in my iPhone to get my lighting port for my iPhoneX repaired. A mere four hours later, they phone back to me. The phones battery was empty and would not recharge. So they upscaled my issue. Go in for one problem, come out with a MUCH bigger one.I could call them to talk to them about this little issue, but they solved THAT problem brilliantly! Although my face to face was courteous and professional they could not fix the blackout on my phone. I’d advised up front that the phone was fully charged when it blacked out.I then took it to the Apple Store for diagnostic and repair only to learn that “someone” removed and replaced the original battery and the charging port!! They further advised when a 3rd party UNcertified company tampered with it my warranty was automatically voided! Apple couldn’t even run a diagnostic stating additional damage was possibly caused from the tampering. Apple advised to never use a 3rd party uncertified vendor.When I called this company back to confirm certification he admitted they were not Apple certified. When I asked why they removed/replaced the parts, he first denied it.. then said “my apologies”.I’m now out $850 = the $150 I still owe and have to pay on the now useless phone plus $700 I had to pay for a new phone.Disappointed!

Took my iphone in because my son dropped it in water. I previously had put it in rice once I did my research I took it in to these guys. It took longer than expected but I didn’t mind waiting because my phone works now and it didn’t put a hole in my pocket pricing was great and their service was too!

I got ahold of them around 2pm on Saturday told Brian what was wrong with my phone and what some other companies were going to charge. Not only did they price match and offer a cheaper price he also got my phone right in and done in a very timely manner.edit... when they fixed my phone (replacing the screen) they first, forgot to put my face camera back in my phone. second, forgot to hook my finger print scanner back up. third, damaged the pin for the sim card, the guy at the shop asked me to put it in and when it would not freely go I gave it back so it wouldnt be damaged then he forced it in and damaged the pin so for a 3 day time my phone would not work because I had no service. and lastly used some cheap adhesive and the back for my phone would not stay on.The result of this lead to me having to take a day off work to go in and have it fixed once more to which they fixed the camera and sim card pin along with the finger print scanner and used a better adhesive on the back cover. AWESOME!! phone is fixed and ready to go, right? NO! this time it was the manager who fixed my phone and now I have spent 3 weeks not being able to talk on my phone because he messed up my internal speaker and now I have to use speaker phone to talk to anyone along with there also a short in my microphone so people are constantly complaining that I am cutting in and out even with perfect signal on both ends. I have been unable to get off work because of how busy we are so now I and sitting on a screwed up phone that I cant make any phone calls on and still had to pay almost $350.00 only for them to screw my phone up multiple times and make this a living nightmare. if and when I am ever able to get my phone properly fixed I will NEVER go back

Ive just had the best experience with customer service! Ive never written a review, but this one was necessary.This guy called Jordan saved my life today! My iPhone 6 died and it wouldnt turn on. I tried different charges, different plugs and nothing would work. Ive taken it to another place first (Im not gonna mention their name) and they said it would be the battery. They replaced the battery for a new one and it would still not turn on. So they gave it back to me saying the phone was gone and that I would have to buy a new one.I was so desperate because I have so many important information (about EVERYTHING, including my business!) and I have no backup at all (I know, I am so stupid). So I decided to try iMechanic and see if there was anything else they could do. I was willing to spend as much money as I would need to buy a brand new phone! Just because I really needed all that info back!So I gave my dead phone to Jordan (this guy that works at iMechanic) and said... my life is in your hands. Do whatever it takes to bring it back to life! He said.. Ill make your phone work again, no matter what! I like that!Even though I have said that the other guy had said it was not the battery, Jordan said he was going to order a new one just to make sure, but it would take 5 days. I was disappointed, but hopeful!A few minutes later he calls me and says Your phone is working! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! This guy is the Jesus of technology... curing fatal diseases from electronic devices! In record time!He said that he had to replace the connector where you plug the charger! My charging port was messed up and I needed it replaced. They were fast, cheap, and kind. They gave me options on a problem I had with payment issues and even gave me a discount and free charging cord. Even threw in a lifetime warranty! If I have problems again (god forbid) I will be coming back!

Ive got my tablet screen fixed here twice second time my screen was glitchy but before I could take it back in it had a tiny crack n the screen which I have no ideal how it happened they wouldnt fix it not only is my screen malfunctioning but the crack also happened within days :( they have also fixed my iPhone for me and that screen was glitchy and they replaced it no problem 125$ down the drain I cant even use my tablet anymore
