This place is so nice!! The staff is remarkably nice!! They help in anyway they can as well as keep the place clean and they all smile and not one acted as though they were being bothered when being asked questions even though they were busy

Ms. Lisa is the most helpful beautiful persons I’ve ever met she was very helpful as a single mother of three laundry can be over whelming but she made it easy she helped me with my laundry and helped out them in the car. Her positive kind spirit will keep me coming back every week she gives so much hope love and joy to all that come and do laundry she deserves a bonus or raise she always go above and beyond to serve her community. In such a world of chaos I thank God for Ms. Lisa she vibrates so much encouragement and gives so much hope. Today I decided to go wash a big load. Normally I dont go on sundays I usually go first thing on Saturday morning when its not busy. This had nothing to do with the laundry may itself its always clean and neat Ill never go anywhere else, but today I went at the wrong time. It was very busy, kids running aroun and parents not watching there kids. I witnessed a woman yelling at a child that was not hers. The child was climbing into the big washer where the parent was I dont know. Also people walking around without there mask on talking like signs arent posted saying you must have on a mask. Today was nerve racking at the least.

Love, love the sistah who works in there. She was there before management changed. New staff not as personable, and new management INCREASED the cost as if its not already difficult for struggling families. Its ALWAYS about a dollar😔🤨😕Other than new management making changes, Cory (I think thats her name) keeps the place super clean and is always friendly and professional. Because of the price increase, Im saving for my own set. You should too!!

Mind = Blown by service.I was looking for a laundromat until my washer got fixed. There were ones closer to home but this had rave reviews so I drove 8 extra miles here and was not disappointed. Heck, Im more than impressed.The building is exceptionally clean and the washers/driers are well maintained. They have new and old machines, large and small, priced accordingly (this place was meant to be affordable and prices truly reflect that).The first time I came, I forgot to bring my detergent and dryer sheets. I went up to the kiosk to grab a Tide Pod, but the lady managing the laundromat ran up to me and mentioned that they provide generic detergent and dryer sheets as a courtesy to customers. Seriously, who does that? She went around helping everyone and came back to check on me occasionally to make sure everything was ok. Wish I had a name to praise in this review but I never asked.Im pretty sure that level of kindness is contagious. Customers are courteous to each other and you feel relaxed simply being here.

The staff was very friendly, courteous, and pleasurable! The bathrooms were clean and the atmosphere was relaxed. It felt safe both for us and our belongings. The location is convenient, too. PNC Bank is across the street and Fifth Third Bank is right up the road. Just take out some $20s and convert them to quarters inside the laundry mat.Theres a wide range of commercial washers and dryers, with the largest washers being $6.00 per load, but we were able to fit 3 - 4 bags of clothes in one of those. Drying is $0.25 for 4 minutes, and our clothes were dry after a 32-minute cycle even though we stuffed the dryers. (Typically, a bad idea because the air cant circulate as well.)We got hungry and had to bring in some food from the Wings place in the same plaza, and were pleased to see a small sink with paper towels for us to wash our hands in so we wouldnt dirty our laundry.Overall, 6+ loads of laundry, folded, all within just a few hours. Great to know such friendly service and such great equipment is available in the area.A++ would wash again :)

I came there at 9:10 and the old black guy told me I cant wash. The last load was at 9pm but I informed him that I need to wash and that it. He refused to let me. There is no sign that says that on the doors. He also was talking about me to another customer. Very unprofessional and he need to be re train. The owner Scott allows employee to be unprofessional. I will go to another laundromat that treats their customer much better and that has a sign on a door stating the last load.

The eve of 7/26/2017 I used this facility with my sister and niece who just moved here from another country, the attendant, I think her name is Nekesha (please forgive me if Im wrong) went above and beyond her duties to help us! She maintained a pleasant disposition while we were there and has a beautiful smile too. I was always impressed with this facility in the past but it was wonderful to have my family here to receive this warm, positive reception (especially coming from a foreign country and with this current climate we are living in) She made us all feel welcomed and this made for a super wonderful evening. Please keep up the good work and thank you for your great service!

Awesome staff, more like family. I have come at different times on different days and this place is always clean, comfortable and more reasonable than my apartment laundry. I came in today to get all of my laundry caught up and they are replacing older machines with new ones. Just an awesome place to do laundry. And Free dryer sheets!!

I have visited this Laundromat several times over the past few weeks and have been pleased to find an exceedingly clean facility. Mishy has been there each time and has been so friendly and helpful. She has shown me the best way to use the machines, given me hints to get my clothes as clean as possible, and directed me to the free hot chocolate and dryer sheets. If you find you need a Laundromat, I strongly recommend this one. The place and the friendly staff make you feel to home here.

We visit here 2 times a month and never have had any issues until tonight. I believe our regular attendant is on vacation because she is always working and oh so polite. This lady in here tonight however is extremely rude. I just overheard her tell a customer that he couldn’t use the washer because she had just cleaned up. Um that’s the business you’ve signed up for you keep doing your job while on the clock. She had her child with her helping her work and everything like wow when did good employees become hard to find 🤷🏽‍♀️

Best laundromat ever! I’ve been there five or six times now and literally every single time the staff members are so helpful and friendly! Working in the restaurant business you are taught to interpret a customers needs prior to them having to even ask. The workers at this laundromat do that and more! For example, I was loading my comforter into the dryer and out of no where the gentleman working that evening came up to me offering four tennis balls to put in with my comforter to prevent it from clumping. I didn’t even know there was such a trick! Not only do they have the most amazing staff but they also offer free dryer sheets. I seriously cannot speak highly enough about of this laundromat and so long as I have to keep using a laundromat this is the one you will ALWAYS find me at!!

Just moved to the area from Houston and found this place to do laundry, seemed really nice and clean at first with friendly staff. Went back to do a load 9/14/19. However, when I went to use the restroom I saw a brown bug looked like a roach run across the floor quicker than I’ve ever seen a bug move before in my life. That made me realize a line of ants crawling up the bathroom wall, looked down and saw a swarm behind the trash can. When I came out the bathroom the attendant had turned the lights off even tho it was only 9:45. As I was taking my clothes out the dryer I saw a bug that was definitely a roach run past my foot scared the hell out of me. That was my 2nd and last visit

I come to courtesy when I wash my bedding items. This place is wonderful. I enjoy this laundromat because the staff is amazing especially Kori she is magnificent. Kori is such a wonderful employee she attends to everyone that walks in the door and she keeps the store looking and smelling amazing she is a breath of fresh air. This store is so lucky to have such a hard worker like her. I also enjoy the free dryersheets,coffee and the tennis balls

Drove several miles to Courtesy to wash my freefly jumpsuit because of the excellent reviews. Was so happy to find the reviews were spot on! Very clean facility with super clean washers! No mold or mildew smell like I’ve seen at other places! And Kori was amazingly helpful! Would come here again & again!!

Five Stars for Kori.First off, I will say that Kori is amazing. She is the only staff member left from previous ownership. When she is there, the place looks great and she has awesome customer service skills. Words can not express how kind she is.As far as the new staff members, they are terrible. The laundromat is not clean under their care and their customer service skills are atrocious. They allow customers laundry to just sit in the machines until the customers come to get them. I have waited 15 to 20 minutes after a washer stopped for the previous customer to retrieve their laundry. If you let the staff member know, they do nothing. They also allow customers to block the ramp on the West side of the building.

Great facility. Bright lighting to show true colors and brightness of whites. Last thing I want is a dim laundromat. this one is always brightly lit with a wall of windows so you don’t feel claustrophobic and boxed in. look outside while clothes are washing or drying.

Love this place. Staff is friendly and helpful and they keep the facility clean. Anytime they see you loading clothes into the dryer they ask if you would like any (free) dryer sheets. They also have a (free) coffee station. Drink and snack vending machines. Tons of machines ranging from 1 load size to machines that can hold several loades of laundry.

Havent been to a laundry mat for a while, but needed to wash some stuff after kids muddy soccer games while out of town. The attendant walked me through what to do and even hooked me up with some product. Thanks, really appreciate it!

I hadnt been to a laundromat in a while so I didnt know what to expect but I had a great experience! The laundromat was clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful.The laundromat also offered free coffee and dryer sheets. Additionally, while there, a man with special needs needed help with his laundry and the staff was very kind and patient with him.

The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Corey who helped me today. It is very clean and well maintained. They provide dryer sheets without charge and tennis balls to help fluff bulky items as needed. Deserves all 5 stars.

Staff is always courteous like their name, the bathrooms are always clean and they keep the floors and washers and dryers clean! I have a washer and dryer in my building but I prefer to come here and do my laundry. It is 25 cents more for the washers than in my building but a whole lot cheaper for the dryers!

Everyone working there has been cordial and helpful to me. Its always clean, although Ive heard that the mens room is not as clean as the womens room. Parking at laundromats is always a challenge, but they have pretty good accommodations. And they have free coffee and dryer sheets!

First time coming here today. I didnt catch her name, but the young lady working in the store was very personable and friendly. It being the first time coming there, I was a little confused as to which washer I should be using, but she quickly me to which machines I needed for my different loads.The facility was very clean, and seemed to be a very welcoming environment. They also had fresh coffee at a little coffee area, which I thought was a nice touch. They also have various TV programs playing throughout the store, along with WiFi for your devices.To say the least, I will definitely be coming back to this location, and will recommend it to anyway needing a local laundromat.Thank you.

Well I can’t give a company a great review when they refuse to hire pregnant women. Claiming they don’t get the job done and they are lazy. That’s no excuse and it’s pure discrimination. I will never recommend this laundromat to anybody I know or come in contact with. Very disappointing.

The laundry center in my complex is out of commission for awhile and Im new to this side of town. I saw some of the other reviews so I figured it wouldnt be that bad. This place is awesome. Tons washers and dryers so even if you see lots of cars, trust me, theres room. They have WiFi too!

Best laundromat I have ever been to. Great customer service, and its always clean. I was even offered tennis balls when I was drying comforters. Just a great place to get everything you need washed really quickly.

Staff are always super friendly, and so are the most of the other customers. Theres free coffee/cappuccino and they also offer you dryer sheets, which is a friendly touch that you dont see many other places.

Had to go here because our laundry machine isn’t working, if it isn’t fixed by the next time i do laundry I’m totally fine with going back. The place was clean and the employees were nice and accommodating.

Ive been in laundromat business for 21 years. This is the best laundromat Ive ever been part of - ever seen - or ever heard about. It is also the largest with the most equipment Ive ever seen. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.

I use this laundromat only very occasionally when I have large items that wont fit into my washing machine. It is invariably clean and pleasant. It doesnt matter who is working there, they are always friendly and helpful, which seems to rub off on the customers. I highly recommend this laundromat.

Courtesy is a very clean facility to do your laundry. I was blown away by the positive vibes, the attendant Mishie held the door open for me as I brought my laundry in and even showed me where to get some complimentary hot chocolate. Im highly satisfied and will recommend this facility to anyone

I see the owner argues with everyone who leaves a bad review but oh well. This facility was nasty and dirty. I havent seen so many roaches even in the worst motel room. They turn the lights off while customers are still in there as if to rush people out. The owner is the weirdest most off putting person youll ever meet.

I walked in here after getting caught in a rain shower. I was soaked. The manager here saw me coming in and grabbed towels and a shirt for me to dry off with and wear while I cleaned my laundry.Wow, if that’s not the best customer service I ever had.I highly recommend this business. Also, it’s clean, neat, and organized.

Unbelievably friendly and helpful staff here--I just walked in and they greeted me and offered help and gave me the quick rundown on everything. I didnt see either of them sit the entire time I was there--they were constantly cleaning machines and anything reachable only stopping to help customers. I just hope these two young women are paid well!They even give out free dryer sheets and tennis balls for drying large items if you need them!

I went to the Indianapolis location for the first time this weekend. Outstanding!!! The staff - particularly Cory - was extremely helpful with a fantastic attitude. The facility was very clean and had free coffee and large screen TVs. If you do laundry at a coin laundry - you should be going here.

I flew in from out of town last week for a business meeting and needed to hurry up and wash some clothes for after meeting dinner and had a lot of more clothes thats needed to be washed for the plane and the young lady that helped me out was quick with telling me which washers will wash the clothes quickest and also made sure I had enough dryers. I was able to get everything done on time. Really felt welcomed by the staff Memeber I believe her name was kiarah, normal laundry mats you just go in and the workers are down in the dumps, really felt comfortable here from being out of town.

A nice, spacious, clean facility to wash your clothes, have a cup of free coffee and watch some great TV while your drying and folding your laundry. Friendly staff.

I enjoy the opportunity to be able to get here at 6am n be out early so I can start my day. The staff I encounter is a small lovely n nice girl Kori with a bright eccentric attitude no matter what day it is n alway feel welcome from my buddy J.C. Having a cappuccino is a plus. Been coming here almost a year. The employees are really nice, overly nice lol. They have free softener and dryer sheets, free coffee, free hot chocolaten etc. They even help u figure out which washer tonise and what kind of wash u wmahould use for ur clothes. Its been years since Ive had to use a laundrymat and I was fortunate to be able to return to your 79th and Michigan Rd facility. Yo my surprise, I was greeted by a young lady name Kory that was courteous, helpful, knowledgable, and very attentive to every customer that entered the place. She was constantly on her toes and keeping the laundrymat in outstanding order. The new additions( flat screens, special coffee and hot-chocolate) was also noticed and a huge attraction made for a pleasurable spot to do laundry. Kory certainly makes your establiment a five star!
