Very disappointed in the lack of customer service everywhere these days. My husband and I frequent this location because of your rewards program and we spend a great deal of money on gas every week however today was a disappointment. Store manager couldn’t stop doing her daily paperwork to greet us at the register, couldn’t even make eye contact, Never said thank you, have a nice day, nothing at all. There are many gas stations to purchase fuel at, appreciate those who frequent your store

Clean restrooms and friendly service!

By far the cleanest gas station on West Washington street. I dare somebody to challenge me. I don’t stop in often but when I do it’s always 100%. So clean that it prompted me to write this review. Employees are always kind and considerate. Store and bathrooms are clean and smell fresh.

Great store. Always a great selection of snacks available. The strawberry and cream cheese pastry is awesome. Love to see those in blueberry, hint hint. Employees are always friendly and nice. I’d consider myself a regular and have always gotten exceptional customer service.

Every time I’ve come into this seevice station everyone has been so nice. Tonight I came in at 11:58pm to buy juul pods- that’s it, nothing inconvenient. There were 3 people at the counter when I walked in. The employee behind the counter told me the store was closed - my response was, “how? It’s 11:58 and you’re helping someone right now?” To which she replied, “were closed.” Probably not the nicest response but mine was... “the doors unlocked and all the lights on. This is a gas station. If you don’t want customers lock the door.” I then left. I won’t be back. I’m a millennial and I understand my own generation, but if you work somewhere that’s open till 12 and you decide you can close early you’re only hurting your employer. Oh also, customer service is important. If you can’t hack it get a new job.
