Normally I have a great experience at this store but today was quite different. I stood in the photo line for 10 minutes waiting to be checked out because nobody was at the regular registers. There were people in front of me so I assumed thats where I had to checkout. No biggie because I see them all trying to track a customers photos I think. My problem is when I get to the front of the line, the cashier just walks away stating Im outta here... and walks off. I continue to stand there dumbfounded and I walk to the normal registers to check out since they had finally opened. I get that its chaotic at times but but it felt pretty awful to just get overlooked without any explanation or direction on which register to go to. The gentleman that rang up my items was very polite though.
Pharmacy is never opened. They are saying they are always short staffed? Why? Pay people more money so they will show up for work! I am most certainly changing my pharmacy not dependable.
With the location being short staffed, the pharmacist today did not acknowledge her in-person vaccination visits unless she felt like it. It took for me to stand in line for the technician to relay the pharmacist’s response that i need to go to another pharmacy due to her being behind 15-20 minutes so i asked for paperwork while I wait and she told the technician that i could not have my consent paperwork and it would be an hour due to her computer being frozen. I work in healthcare as well and if you have a patient that is patient then there should be protocols used. Not happy today as I had to go to another location further out.
This place is the worst pharmacy in the city, its like everyone in the pharmacy is trained to battle the customer they are all nasty with attitudes, they will ignore you in person, disregard your phone calls for hours at a time they show more interest in arguing with you then getting your prescriptions filled,Ive called corporate and written corporate to no avail, No Accountability with This Corporation what so ever,To save your self from the misery dont choose walgreens for your pharmacy nothing but chaos & confusing all of them but 10& post Road needs To Be Shut Down
Not a good place at all I make a transfert there they still my money
Love this location the staff are always lovely
Theresa was too busy flirting with her customer to efficiently do her job, and the manager wasnt much better since he saw a line with no employee at the desk and still went along about his day like it didnt effect him. This place has went downhill in the last 6 months.
On Sunday Sept. 6th 2020 the cashier was not wearing a mask. She also did not have a nametag/lanyard badge, so I cant Identify her other than she was a heavy set african american female. Our state requires mandatory facemasks.... ( I dont like it, but I do it)There was announcement played over the speaker system while I was there, reminding customers that it was required. My review is for the 10th and Post location (Indianapolis), in case this gets reposted or crossposted elsewhere.A healthcare provider supply company should ensure that employees are meeting the state health and safety laws during a global pandemic. Especially when black and brown and old are the most affected, at a location that primarily serves those communities.
Horrible pharmacy. The absolute WORST.
This pharmacy staff never has my prescription ready, even when I wait a day to pick it up. It seems to be understaffed and not prepared to meet a good standard of customer expectations. I have had to wait at least 45 minutes each time I go in. It is the only Walgreens that carries a special med I take. The other staff are friendly & helpful. Step it up.Thanks!
Pharmacy staff should work on being more professional. The technician lost my prescription and had me wait 30 minutes before offering to refill it. Then, they didnt offer a consultation and I was a first time Walgreens patient taking a medication for the first time.
Good staff
I love the pharmacy staff at this location. They are consistently friendly and helpful. Ive had a lot of issues with switching meds because of insurance and whatnot and theyre always very patient with helping me. They are sometimes out of stock of certain items which I know is likely out of their control, but it is slightly inconvenient. I also wish they had kept their extended hours on Sundays like they used to, but again, that is corporate policy I am sure so I dont think it has anything to do with a local level service they can change. The store itself is always clean and well stocked as well.
Got prescribed a cream on Monday sincerely needed it. They told me on Monday it would be there on Tuesday but come Thursday they told me they werent gonna Get it at all. But no one thought to notify me this bbn place is a damn circus starting with the first act at pharmacy
Took my son for a vaccination and the NP was great. It was very quick. They were able to use our insurance (Anthem) with no problem. Not sure it this is a new NP; but, I am surprised at the bad review from previous posters.
DO NOT GET TESTED HERE IF YOU NEED RESULTS IN 72 HOURS. Not only will you not get the results, they dont seem to care... probably because they get paid for doing the test anyway...
Husband had same day surgery. On way home stopped at their drive up for his prescription. No one came, 35 mon later and hung up on 3 times I had to leave him in the car by himself and go in where I was not met with an apology but an excuse. 57 mon later still waiting on prescription.
Went there to pick up a prescription with no problems was in and out fast.
Why are u not greeting me like u did the other customers in front of me... Had to make u say hi and thank u ...but the other customers u did all that...stop talking and playing when u are waiting on a customer... Your job must be a joke to u...the lil black girl with glasses....bad customer service...not stopping in there again
Associates are always friendly and helpful. Moved all my scripts from CVS due to availability issues and couldnt be happier. Walgreens always has what I need.
Phamacy techs never look happy. Ask you for you info like its a real bother for them. Then I think the standard answer is well if you wait it will be 30minutes or so. The last time I came in was 4am and still 30minutes. Really Im the only person in the store and you cant do any better than that. This time they tricked me and I got 45 minutes. Im so glad insurance is changing to cover different drug store chain.
Need better training for their clinic staff regarding insurance. I tried to get a flu shot and the nurse kept insisting that I was providing an RX card and not my health insurer card. My plan uses one card for both. Went down the street to CVS and got my vaccination with no no problems.
They sell alsorts of stuff even food and drink and every person in there are so polite and helpful you cant get any better than that for sure
Always polite, professional & friendly staff. Great customer service!
Just left minute clinic here with strep throat; family in medical field said so but ladys test said negative so she told me to take ibenprofin to get rid of it.Im not incompetent but I know what strep looks like.So I wasted $75 with no prescription, nothing for sore throat or to help me eat & swallow. No help; no service. Then i was told community wont send me the bill that they have to collect at time of service.I dont go to doctors because I dont have insurance. Thanks for the help; I wont be back & any further medications will not come through your business.Sure hope the test was right & dont get worse by turning into rheumatic or worse because then Ill be coming back pissed.
Very friendly always clean inside and always have what I need in there
Great staff here! Very helpful
Staff friendly, store clean, variety of items, pharmacy knowledgeable, prices competitive, has unusual items also.
This Walgreens needs to pave there parking lot! What the Hell is wrong with you people.!
Its a Walgreens. Seems clean good staff.
Helpful staff and great pharmacy.
Always very friendly and helpful!
I had recently been diagnosed at the minute clinic with strep and an upper respiratory infection requiring antibiotics. My fiancee was beginning to show symptoms so we went to the Take Care clinic because they are open for 90 minutes longer on Sundays, which just happened to be the time her symptoms progressed from not sure to definitely have the same thing. The NP (Diane) heard me coughing and hacking and when my fiancee entered she immediately told her that all she had was a cold and handed her a form from the CDC, no taking of vitals, no temperature, tried to get rid of us as quickly as possible. Finally she called me into the room so the NP could see that I was clearly sick and explain that Id been diagnosed the previous day with a serious illness and required treatment. The NP was patronizing, refused to listen to us and gave zero care to us.We werent asking for anything dangerous, only antibiotics for what was clearly a serious illness. The NP didnt take any of her history seriously and told her that her primary care doctor was wrong about her kidney disease and that it was fine to drink, because she has two of them. This woman should be fired immediately and never allowed to work in healthcare again. The very next day, went to regular doctor and she was immediately put on antibiotics and the doctor actually asked us why we hadnt gotten her started on antibiotics sooner!
The pharmacy has really gone down hill in the last 10 years
I get profiled everytime I come in, guess Ill go elsewhere
In 10 years I was and am worried when I have to go somewhere else except on 38th.
