Everything was fine until the delivery. It was not delivered at first and when I called they basically blamed UPS for something that was their fault to begin with.My wife called a second time and Donna again raised her voice, said no refunds and nothing she could do. Thank GOD USP did come thru and found the package and delivered to me no thanks to them. Donna said she put in the address correctly and basically washed her hands of this. Well as it turns out there was not APT # on the shipping label and in the packing list it was the wrong APT #. How is UPS going to know then where to deliver?So in the end its was their fault but based on earlier experience I am sure they will not take responsibility. This is not the way to treat a customer. You should help them especially if it was your fault. Stay away from this company because the same thing could happen to others. I will never purchase from them again that is for sure!
