Please update your hours. I called ahead and your recording States that you open at 11. I drove 30mins and turns out you dont open until 12.

Been here a few times and service is not bad, consistent. AC must have been broken in the store making it uncomfortable and there was a longer than usual line. Felt bad for the employees who had to be in there all day.

Loved it. First time I have been to one in Indiana and was not disappointed. Service was great and fast, taste of ice cream was good, and very clean and friendly surroundings. The pistachio almond and rocky road mix that I had was delicious.

It was hot inside the store, horrible leak in the ceiling right over the ice cream. Ice cream tastes old/freezer burnt

Been a regular here for years and the 31 flavors keeps me coming back. The oreo n cold brew is a must try but nothing tops my old time favorite chocolate chip!!!:)

Really not good business to have the soft serve down at 6pm in the evening time, either it really was down or the employee was just to lazy to make it for me

My husband and I had the pleasure of enjoying an Oreo Polar Pizza ice cream treat with a brownie bottom. It was delicious! The Oreo crumbles on the top were an added bonus. We would definitely enjoy it again!

Exactly what you would expect. It was busy but the staff was working hard to get everyone through.

My husband and I frequent this ice cream shop and have always had a pleasant experience each time! The younger workers are always so kind and patient and they also seem to have great work ethic! Sometimes the shop can get busy, but hey, its worth the wait! We normally go in the evening but we went during the day once and the older gentleman working had great customer service and we enjoyed talking with him!

I loved it! My favorite flavor will forever be “Rocky road” & “pralines n’ cream”, customer service was 5 Starts !! Young lady named “Perla” or “pearla” helped me pick up my flavor and help me with ordering a cake for my birthday in September, she was super patient with me! The ice cream here is wonderful. They have so many flavors to choose from. I have to stop here on a warm summer day. It just completes the day.

Friends and I came into the store an hour before closing time, we were planning on sitting down to finish our ice cream. There was a worker in the dining room sweeping and already putting chairs away so we couldn’t sit. My friend put her purse on a table to let him know we were going to sit down, but he proceeded to put away all of the chairs. We didn’t feel welcome or invited at all.

I always enjoy Baskin Robbins. The selections are great. The service is great. The employees are very helpful. You can try the flavor you think you want. My favorite is German Chocolate cake ice cream which is seasonal. I usually get a cup but the cones are fantastic. The sundaes are delicious.This is a family friendly place. Enjoy and create your own ice cream dream.

This use to be my favorite place but every since they hired the new people there is No capuchino blast and there machine is always broke they just say that to not do it there starting to sound like McDonald’s it’s the people they hired

Love going to Baskin Robbins! Love the fact that you can buy a 1/3, 2/3, or a whole tub of their wonderfully made ice cream. It works well when you do not have a Baskin Robbins close by.It was Saturday night and they only had 1 employee working. (Not a wise idea for a Friday or Saturday).... We purchased 3 of the 1/3 tub cuts and while that takes time to prepare there was a long line that had formed behind us.

My sister and I ordered a cake the day before our Mothers birthday and we scheduled it for pick up the next day. When we arrived at the location it was 11:09 am and the store was not open. We waited for 45 minutes hoping someone would show up to open the store. We called corporate, who told us someone may get in touch in 1-2 business days! We then had to drive 20 mins away to the Carmel location and even though we called ahead, they still couldnt help us. This is horrible business especially considering we already paid. I will not be using this location again.Updated **The franchise owner was so kind and remorseful when he arrived. He refunded us for part of the order and apologized. Apparently the opener did not have keys to open the store so he actually came in to do it. I am pleased with the way he handled the situation and Im willing to return my negative review.

Service is usually good. Tonight I went in and noticed that no gloves were worn, first time seeing that. Then, the guy had his hands in his pocket, and proceeded to handle the cone. I just think its unsanitary. Not to mention cleaning up then servicing a customer without washing your hands. I walked out

Update your hours. New around here and the nearest Baskin Robins near me is this one, drove 23 minutes just for it to be closed when it says it closes at 10PM. So, thanks for that

I have been frequenting this Baskin-Robbins for many years and have always been satisfied but unfortunately today I must let other people know that sadly it has gone downhill tremendously. My last 3 visits to thisBaskin Robbins have been terrible.this is my list of things in my last 3 visits.1 A leak in the ceiling behind the counter that was leaking on top of the counter over the ice cream.2 The Quality of the ice cream has diminished tremendously my friend and I both noticed very large chunks of ice in her ice cream.3 The date of 10/19/2019 I’m not really sure if it’s the smell of spoiled milk or the smell of sewer gas that was most overwhelming but the fact that the Music was so loud that no one can hear you order was the straw that broke the camels back for me.
