I had used Heartwood Enterprises before (10+ years ago) to repair 2 windows that were fogged, and they did a great job. This time when Ive asked for estimates, the guy that does the estimates seems more annoyed and downright condescending when I asked questions. I also had to wait for a reply for a follow-up answer over a week. Im disappointed to say I wont ever use them again, it may be because of short staffing but rude behavior is a non-starter for me.

Contracted for Six door installs. Four are not correct (by the naked eye). Didn’t clean up after themself and tried to leave with a door that couldn’t be opened. No QA. Took extra parts with him from site (did not ask). Screws aren’t even in straight and didn’t have proper tools with him for job. The scope of work was to hang six ore hung doors (framing was fine).

I appreciate Heartwood enterprises because they were the only company that wanted to fix my door vs. trying to upsell me on a brand new one. Our sliding glass door had a bad roller. Bill Patch helped evaluate the door to ensure it was still in good working order. He was helpful and I could tell he was the type to tell me what I needed to hear versus what I wanted to hear. Kevin came a few days later and helped get us in Tip-Top working order. Heartwood was very fast well priced and efficient. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I contacted this firm months ago about a broken window pane. Simple enough. They have been out to my house 4 times to “take measurements” and nothing has been accomplished. Worst part is, today I get a call that after all of this, there is nothing they can do.. just call Anderson. Ok, could you have told me this in September?? Do NOT use this business

Scheduled an appointment for 8-830am 2 weeks in advance called at 9am and was told they would be here at 10am. Called again at 11am and was told it could be another hour or two. Cancelled appt. will never use in the future. Not dependable at all. If I could give them 0 stars I would
