Easy in easy out

Both in Indianapolis are quick, friendly, and helpful. However the one in Bloomington is a nightmare for a flatbed 18 to get into, you have to go through neighbors driveway go through back gate and basically do a u turn on a gravel drive way to get into it. Country Club drive is super busy and they dont care that youre a trucker.

Saw one of their drivers driving extremely recklessly. He was weaving in and out of traffic almost hit another car, going well over the speed limit. When I called to let them know their employee was driving this way they acted like they were going to transfer me but then hung up on me. Clearly I should have just called the police instead of trying to let them handle this internally if thats how they chose to deal with things.

This isnt the kind of place you go on a whim, you kinda need a purpose. You go to buy something specific like lumber, drywall or other B U I L D I N G M A T E R I A L S

Good unload time in and out but it was my first time there
