My last few visits have been ok. They had what I needed and prepared the order fairly quickly. In the past I could have gone to lunch and had a haircut before they where finished preparing the order for a roll of 18awg wire. So there is improvement.

Fantastic supply house . The people at the sales counter are ready and anxious to provide parts, tools and or knowledge that I am looking for .One more thing, I receive that same service in the Bloomington, In, Bedford, In or any of the Indianapolis locations .Customer for 30 years plus .

Poor customer service. Was told my order would be ready for pickup 3 days after I placed the order. It was not. Called several times to get shipment status/update and was finally told my order was ready for pickup. I went to pick it up only to find out that the material still had not arrived or shipped from the warehouse. I was then told that they would overnight the shipment so that I could pick it up the next day. Well, here it is 7 days after I placed my original order and it still has not arrived. Will take my business to Graybar or Grainger next time.
