Top notch equipment and serviceI’ve rented multiple smaller pieces of equipment from Franklin over the past few years: walk behind trencher, post hole auger, mini excavator, slit seeder, etc. Their equipment is top notch. Well maintained and ready for use. When something did break....as all things do, they gave me a free day rental. On top of that they provide outstanding customer service. Example- was supposed to return a piece of equipment but had a medical emergency and they didn’t charge me to pick it up nor the extra days it’s at my house. I wish more companies would operate like this!

Sunbelt didn’t have Skid steers, and they were 2 weeks out and I know it’s the busy season but I needed a skid steer ASAP. I decided to call Franklin Equipment (1st time using them) and they have PLENTY of equipment in stock beside a skid steer which I was shocked I definitely coming back very soon.Staff and customer service was EXCELLENT

From beginning to end of my lease experience Franklin Tool Rental is by far top notch in service and in the overall customer satisfaction experience. I leased a 50 foot towable lift for four days. On day two I experienced some concerns/issues with lift and they responded immediately, even during the closed Holiday hours, and had their service tech on-site the next morning. Tech and I worked through the issue together and I was up and running. Superior experience overall compared to many other tool rental locations in the city! A+ and keep up the great work. This will be my go to from here on out.

Very nice people with a large selection of small equipment great for do it yourselfers around your property there dump trailer was awesome for my chevy 1500 pulled like a dream the skidsteer with grapple 1000lb. Handled all the logs I picked up with ease. I will be using them again soon for stump grinder and skidsteer with Harley rake Thank you Franklin equipment

Rented equipment and returned same day decent service and did make it to return at 5:04 and someone was there after being told they would not be.

Franklin Equipment is an amazing rental company. Great people, great service, great equipment.

Have used them several times and will no longer. Store unwilling to solve issue caused by their staff. A call to the corporate office received no response after speaking with someone assuring me I would hear back. This location takes no responsibility for their own mistakes. As a follow up, i did as asked in the below comments and no one responded.
